Enjoy the convenience of amenities like large swimming pool in a large private back yard, WiFi with large smart TV, full AC throughout, ceiling fans on the porch, living room and bedrooms, washing machine/clothes dryer, and iron/ironing board during your stay. You can cook outdoors with the gas grill and the firecracker stove and eat al fresco on the breezy porch, or hang out on the bar stools at the liming island in the kitchen. Relax and unwind at our villa in Samaan Grove. The villa is less than 10 minutes drive to the popular beaches at Store Bay, Pigeon Point, or Mt Irvine, and 5 minutes from Crown Point. But be warned. You might not want to leave! the villa!

Samaan Grove is a gated community that boasts 7/24 security and an environment that is beautifully maintained, quiet, and peaceful. It is not on the beach, but all desired destinations are close by: airport, the Crown Point area, Store Bay, Pigeon Point, Mt Irvine, restaurants and supermarkets.

What makes this property unique

As our most recent new build villa (completed March 2025), it was built, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. At 2800 SF, it is also exceptionally spacious and up to 12 guests will absolutely not feel cramped in any way, at any time.
