Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We are situated on a lovely 2.5 acre wooded lot with a huge back deck and patio - perfect for outdoor relaxation, grilling, etc.

The home is just a 15 minute drive from key attractions on UNC Chapel Hill's campus, including Franklin St., the Dean Dome, and Kenan Stadium, among others. Perfect for large groups traveling together for UNC's graduations, football games, basketball games and other notable trips to the Chapel Hill area!

The home is also conveniently located for other Triangle area destinations - just 30 minutes from downtown Durham and Duke University's campus, 30 minutes to the RDU airport and 45 minutes from downtown Raleigh.

Really enjoyed the stay. Host was super responsive. It’s in a heavily wooded area and plenty of space inside. We were 8 adults and never felt cramped, plenty of bathrooms. We’d stay here again!

Lovely stay!

I had a fantastic stay at ‘Mata’s house!’ The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the themed room names. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. The host was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was spacious and the sun was beautiful and it had a nice back deck with a really relaxing nature acreage and brand new furniture. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Work in Progress Stay in the Woods

Very quiet and remote! The layout was unusual, but there was plenty of space. Only 4-5 photos were available on the app, so we didn’t see the full space until we arrived. There was a loft in the master bedroom with an unstable ladder. The host was fully communicative throughout our stay. The dining room is nice for large families or a group. One of the showers was not functioning. There was CAUTION tape surrounding a hot tub on the deck. The neighborhood is pretty remote, but there are stores within a 10-15 minute drive from the home.
