I had a wonderful experience staying at Suzanne’s place! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. I reached out to see if I could use her space to surprise my partner for his birthday, and she was more than accommodating. The space was spotless, just as described in the listing, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend booking this space, you won’t be disappointed!

We are the Diallo family. My husband is an engineer and I run the local shop below the Upper Plum space. Our busy family consists of 3 boys in college and our middle school daughter. We love supporting Plainfield and downtown businesses as they embark on an extensive redevelopment plan. As a family, we love to travel and discover new places to dine.

Why they chose this property

We live in Plainfield and love its welcoming hometown feel. A big little city that's close to the airport, speedway, and downtown Indianapolis. The Upper Plum is above our shop the African Plum. You will find trails, multiple parks, and lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The Upper Plum is an 1885-era building. Its large living room mural shows the Bly Bros. shop, which is our building from that time. We have added unique features like a hidden bookcare door and 1930's blueprints lining the bathroom. The murphy bed adds a fun element as well. The Prewitt marque will glow as your nightlight in the evenings.
