À 15 minutes de l'aéroport, à 15 minutes du plus grand centre commercial de San Jose et à 2 minutes de l'autoroute principale vers les plages du Pacifique. L'hôte donne accès à une séance de massage des tissus profonds Ashiatsu d'une heure pour 45 USD dans le même condominium, ou Aromathérapie 40 minutes 30 USD, parfait pour commencer ou terminer vos vacances au Costa Rica! L'Ashiatsu est une technique unique, relaxante et pieds nus qui fournit le massage des tissus le plus profond sans douleur que votre corps puisse ressentir. La copropriété est dans une zone à climat chaud, quartier très calme, avec piscine, aire de jeux, supermarché, restaurants à proximité. L'emplacement n'est pas dans la ville, mais assez proche par l'autoroute. Il a le calme de la campagne, en plus d'être proche de la ville! 3 chambres (une plus grande que les autres avec salle de bain, et les deuxième et troisième chambres un peu plus petites avec une salle de bain partagée à une étape à l'extérieur de l'une d'elles et à 5 étapes à l'extérieur de l'autre), cuisine entièrement équipée, salon, stationnement sur allée par porte et stationnement visiteurs pour plus de voitures, terrasse, cour arrière. Climatisation dans la pièce principale plus ventilateur de plafond et ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux autres pièces.

Perfect place to land after a flight, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, easy access to highway.

A comfortable house, with a great location.

The house had everything as described. The location was perfect for moving around into San Jose and also ideal for taking off to the coast. The place was safe and it had some stores nearby to buy food and other amenities. Carlos was also very helpful specially with payment options. Will definitely look it up once again when I am back in Costa Rica.

The place was beautiful and secure but was not clean and that well equiped for cooking.

We loved the place but it was not as clean as we expect and the kitchen equipement is very basic.

Lovely modern apartment in a gated community

The pool is refreshing and solar heated. It felt great! The apartment has a microwave, toaster oven, full stove/oven, refrigerator - all the modern conveniences one would expect to find in an American kitchen. There are two parking spots that go with the apartment. That was great! They fit compact cars nicely. You could probably park a minivan there, but I'm not sure. There is a small clothesline out back which was very handy for drying wet swimsuits. The bedrooms are spacious. We had 8 people staying there and found it comfortable. I don't think that the photo in the description that shows an alcove with a sleeping area is in this apartment. There are three bedrooms. Two have double beds. One has a double bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath. It sleeps 10 people. It was about 30 minutes from the Vamos Car Rental / Airport area. It was an easy drive and could be driven in less time if you had a better knowledge of the route. I liked the gated community. We felt secure in a foreign city.

Super séjour

Super appartement de 3 chambres dans une résidence très sécurisée, très propre avec une grande piscine offrant la possibilité de faire le barbecue à proximité. Les voisins sont accueillants et disponibles. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, que ce soit pour des familles (nous étions 2 couples avec enfants, soit 8 personnes), les 3 chambres sont suffisamment grandes pour coucher au moins 9 personnes. La connexion internet est impeccable. Notre seul bémol concerne les ustensiles de cuisine qui sont moindre, mais je pense que ce sera vite résolu. Proche de l'aéroport, notre vol était à 4h30 du matin, Carlos le propriétaire qui est très réactif a été très sympa de nous faire la réservation du taxis. Vraiment un très très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je le recommande, si nous devons revenir au Costa Rica, nous solliciterons cet hébergement de nouveau. Laurent

Made us wait an hour, then gave us a different apartment

We arrived approximately 11:00 pm, tired after a full day of travel. Working through Spanish speaking entry guards, we learned we did not have a place to stay. The process took us almost an hour. We were given a different apartment. It was uninviting and dark. Not enough towels. The top sheet was under a pillow. One of our parties found it on their bed. The other did not and slept without.

Served its purpose

My family and I (party of 8) stayed at this property for one night before flying out from the San Jose Airport. It served it's purposes. The grounds were clean and neat and beautiful views of mountainous range. We enjoyed the pool the morning before check out. Check in was a breeze, and our host (Carlos) responded quickly to any questions we had. Upon arrival, there were still a few crumbs that could have been missed by the clean up crew. But other than that there were sufficient towels provided for us, beds were comfortable, the security staff at the gate were very helpful when needing to call an Uber, and I felt really safe in the gated community. I would recommend as a place to stay for the night if traveling from Arenal or other area and needing to fly out the next day from San Jose Airport.

Safe and convenient

We had an early flight out of SJO and staying here was very convenient for our family of 6. Carlos communicated back quickly with any questions I had. The condo was clean and had a kitchen for use. It was a lovely stay.

Friendly and convenient

Carlos and his son welcomed us to the home and were very helpful and friendly. We did struggle to find the home because our gps would not work and my map was from the airport (but we had rented a car and that was a ways away from the airport so my printed directions were of no use). We were so thankful for a kind Tico who drove us to the gate of the development! Be wary of being entirely dependent on gps for navigation & have a backup plan! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay in San Jose before heading to the west coast. It is right near a highway, so morning transport was a breeze. This home was perfect for us! Thank you Carlos!

Great experience! Owner very nice and fast to answer questions. Beds linens and towels were clean. Very safe gated community. Near activities and airport. A little less equiped than other HomeAway houses/condos that we rented before.

Hi Kim. Thanks for the review, I do not agree with that. A deflated air mattress does not mean 7-8 people will not be comfortable. There are 5 real beds with capacity for 8 people in total in the house. The air mattresses are intended for occasions when there are 9 to 12 guests. It unfortunately failed for the first time during your visit. Any air mattress that fails will indeed be replaced and 12 people can be comfortable in this place.

I live in a separate house on the same Condominium with my girlfriend, her son and 2 small dogs (a Yorkie and a Schnauzer). We love sports, good family and friend time, travelling, movies, eating good food... We work in our own businesses and normally are available in the condominium. If we were not around and there is anything required, at least one of us will normally be flexible to drive home and attend any special need! Count on us for any tips or help necessary to make the best out of your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It's a gated community, very secure, very peaceful, near airport and near city. It is a great stop when arriving to CR or the day before leaving. The house is just 2 kms away from the main highway that goes to the Pacific beaches. 1 hour away from the first Pacific side beaches. The property is walking distance from a convenience store, a drug store, restaurants etc and the weather is normally sunny and warm!
