Ubicado en una calle tranquila en el centro de Lyon, La Suite Terreaux es un antiguo pero elegante apartamento completamente renovado en 2017 con muebles modernos y confort del siglo XXI. Un balcón con una fantástica vista del río Saona. Ubicado a 300 m del Museo de Arte de Lyon, a 100 m del río Saone, a 300 m del mercado de agricultores y a 500 m de la estación principal de metro, es un punto de partida perfecto para visitar el centro de Lyon a pie.

El apartamento es totalmente independiente y está ubicado en el cuarto piso de un edificio conservado e histórico (1850). El apartamento es merecido por un ascensor.

Very well appointed

Everything we needed. Evelyn greeted us, showed us the apartment, offered suggestions where to eat. Communication was spot on!! It was a very good experience in a very nice rental.

Elegant, spacious condo in central location

The condo has all the comforts of home, modern appliances, and pretty antique accents. We appreciated Evelyne’s advice to arrive early on a busy weekend, and the early check in. She provided a map with lots of good information on places to visit in Lyon. The condo was stocked with coffee, has motorized blackout blinds and comfortable beds. Thank you, Evelyne!

Wonderful Apartment for 2 couples in great location

Well equipped apartment in an ideal location near the river, shopping, metro, and dining. Everything we needed for a week stay. Evelyn was there to meet us and explained everything we needed to know. Yes, there is some noise but you are visiting the middle of an active city center. Buses, cars, people just like any city in the world. That is the point of coming to a city. We closed the windows / shutters and slept fine. Travel tip: always carry earplugs that work for you. We have used them for jungle hammocks to 5+ star villas. Great VRBO. We will definitely visit again.

Fabulous

We LOVED this apartment! A beautiful job of decor, modernized kitchen and baths. All the appliances needed - including directions for use in English! The bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen stocked with all the items needed for dining at home. The elevator took us from the entrance all the way to our apartment (not always the case in France). The location was fantastic - between the two rivers and close to the Old Town of Lyon. The host took such good care of the apartment and she even suggested local events that we might enjoy. Surfaces, closets and drawers were clear of any items - leaving all the space we needed for our cloths and toiletries. The showers worked great!

Perfect Apartment in Lyon

My husband, my sister and I recently stayed in this beautiful apartment for three nights. It is perfectly located for anything you want to do in the city. Evelyn was a perfect host, communication was great before our stay and she met us at the apartment and explained everything perfectly. Although it was warm, there were fans in every room and we were perfectly comfortable. I will point out that there are two shower rooms, one in the master, but there is only one toilet in the apartment. This was not a big deal at all for us but it wasn’t apparent in the listing. Another big feature for us was the washer/dryer. It was so nice to do laundry in the middle of a long trip. I would highly recommend La Suite Terraux!

We came by auto and the parking garage wasn’t easy to maneuver. The shower in main bathroom does not work. The appliances weren’t easy to use unless u are French. The towels are pretty skimpy which is ok if you’re only there for 3 days… otherwise buy nice towels! The apt is great for 2 ppl otherwise it’s very small as noted in the sq footage Evelyne and her husband came to set up the TV but it never worked so no news etc for 2 week stay. No Netflix either. Very noisy bar across the street They really party there! Next door is a tattoo shop. The decor in the apt. was nice. We loved Lyon, and will return to a different area.

Very nice rental in Lyon

This is a very nice apartment -- clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host, Evelyne, was friendly and helpful and communicated with us well to coordinate our arrival. The location is convenient to sites and services, although it was somewhat noisy at night with the bar on the corner going at full volume into the early morning hours. Overall, though, we were very satisfied.

We loved it.Fantastic Lyon location near river and town square, quality renovation, historical charm

December holiday. We were very comfortable in this quality filled and stylish renovation. It is quiet. The owner maintained the beautiful historical elements of fireplaces, high ceilings, mouldings and floors. We walked to town square- Place Terreaux and the Grande Saone river. Restaurants, boulangerie, shopping, fashion and groceries are all outside the front door. Evelyn stocked the property with plenty of necessities so we were comfortable upon arrival and then restocked for ourselves. Our stay included many day trips - the close parking was appreciated. The fun evening luminaries at La Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière were a quick river walk away. The property description provided by owner is accurate. Owner is responsive and helpful.

A wonderful Lyon visit

The apartment was perfect for 2 couples! It had the perfect balance of modern amenities, great kitchen and bathrooms, with the feel of an old classic apartment. High ceilings, paneled walls, huge doors. Also they have a lift! The location is incredible. Steps away from the river and if you have a car, parking is 3 blocks away. Eveyln was wonderfull. She made sure we had everything we needed. We WILL be staying at Evelyn's again.

Lovely old world flat in the heart of Lyon

This apartment was ideal for our family of 5. The location was very central and it had all of the amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and in good working order. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Apartment!

Evelyne the owner of this fabulous greeted us and specifically told us all the best places to visit Lyon! We had a fantastic time, visiting Vieux Lyon, walking the quaint streets, visiting the Basilisca Fourvière and taking the city tour bus. We enjoyed ourselves so much! We definitely know we will be back!

Great location, great apartment

My wife and I spent 4 days at La Suite Terreaux. It was our first visit to Lyon, and we were delighted with the apartment and it’s location. The apartment would be very comfortable for two couples, or a couple with children. Very well provisioned, every conceivable need, and located where you would think to look for them. Convenient lift, large TV with satellite box, and good wi-fi. Evelyne is a great host. We would stay here again.

Absolutely love the apartment

We had a great time at Lyon and the apartment is at a perfect location with lots of room. It’s clean and completely like home with all possible amenities. Evelyn was very welcoming and met us and saw us off which was very nice. Beds are huge and soft with good linen. Shower was very spacious with hot water. Washer dryer was a big plus. There is an elevator too. There are 4-5 grocery stores and many cheese and wine stores all within 5-10 minutes walk. Overall- Lyon is wonderful and we plan to visit again and stay in this apartment.

This property is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and our most comfortable stay in France! The unit is located between two rivers in the central part of Lyon and close to attractions, transportation, restaurants and markets. Fabulous Apartment Perfectly Located

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Lyon! The apartment is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. It’s perfect location allowed us to easily explore this marvellous city. Evelyne was very helpful in getting us settled in and she went out of her way to send along a few items we had left behind. Wonderful Place in Terreaux!

Our family of four (two teenagers and two parents) stayed here the first week of summer to see a soccer game. Evelyn, the property owner was wonderful to work with and is an excellent communicator. She met us at the apartment to personally give us a tour and show us how everything worked. The apartment is lovely with amazing wood floors, gorgeous molding, brand new kitchen and baths. It is spacious. The guest room is on the street and the master is on the internal courtyard which made the master very quiet. There are black out electronic blinds if you care to sleep in! We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to old Lyon and both rivers. We would stay here again. Evelyn even arranged for our taxi on the final day.

Fabulous apartment in Lyon

This apartment had it all. Beautifully decorated, great location, helpful owner and an elevator! It even had coffee and water provided! We have traveled in France for 3 weeks and this is the nicest place we stayed. The owners met us upon arrival and showed us all around. Evelyne texted the next day to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this apartment.
