Located on the scenic Camino del Vino, this spacious 2,699 sq. ft. home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and Wine Country charm. Wake up to hot air balloons rising across the morning sky, unwind in the private backyard, and make a splash in the sparkling pool complete with a water slide—guaranteed to be a hit with kids and adults alike!



Need a little extra relaxation? The spa can be heated for $100/day (up to 4 hours). Pool heating is available via propane—see pricing for details.

Pool & Spa Heating

Pool heat optional, heating to 75-83°F. Notify 48 hours before arrival. Pool heating charged for entire stay.

Spa heat: $100/day for up 4 hours - operated remotely

Seasonal heating rates:

Winter: $195/day + tax

Spring: $150/day + tax

Summer: $125/day + tax

Fall: $175/day + tax

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.
