Exquisite second floor oceanfront condo (no elevator). Enjoy watching dolphins, whales, and the beautiful sunset from a very private lanai, or listen to the calming sound of the surf while sipping a cup of Kona coffee at breakfast. Relax with the cooling ocean breeze. On warmer days, take advantage of the installed air conditioning throughout the condo. Get a good night rest in the master bedroom on the California King sized bed equipped with a premium organic Talalay latex mattress to maximize your comfort. We are sure you'll be pleased with the upgraded kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, teak lanai furniture, and much more. Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.

You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive from our condo. Located in Building One, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on the living room side, and bedrooms back into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Have a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.

For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a Graco crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, and assorted beach toys.

Wonderful Stay

This unit was my favorite place we stay on our last trip to Hawaii. The unit was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and grounds were very well taken care of with lots of parking. Would stay here again.

Great Location!

Beautiful view off the lanai! Very convenient location with many things within walking distance. After a very long day of travel, it was nice to not have to immediately make a Walmart run because condo had soap, toilet paper and paper towels available. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Highly recommend this condo and the host has been amazing!!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at the Sea Village. My husband and I spent most nights sitting on the lanai playing games, having cocktails and watching the waves. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. It was very clean! Perfect location as well.

We loved staying at this location. The view was amazing, condo was exactly as advertised and Marta was fantastic to communicate with. Our only regret, we didn't stay longer! We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Great place to stay while visiting Hawai'i - away from the madness in town.

Property is as advertised - awesome views from the balcony, the crashing waves lull you to sleep too. And we did see dolphins splashing in the distance, as well as a awesome sunsets. The owner was very responsive to emails.

Lovely Family Stay in Kona

This property was wonderful! There was coffee for us and a few waters in the fridge upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. There was everything that you need to enjoy a nice time at the beach in one of the closets and even some legos and a Jenga game, which our son really had fun with. There were several small towels that could be used at the beach or the pool. We loved the hot tub and pool as they have a nice view of the water. The grounds are beautifully kept up, with tropical plants all over. The only thing that I would recommend is that you should bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light as there are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms, so it was very bright in there as early as 6 am daily.

Just a Review

The property is clean, maintained, and many units appear to be getting updated/upgrades. Signs say that they are doing some construction, but we never heard anything from our place. Our place was overall nice and updated. If you are an "empty nest" like we recently are don't even think of going to the pool or hot tub - A zillion kids from open to close. Frankly it would be cool if they had adult only hours so the rest of us could enjoy too without dealing with a ton of kids. We shopped for most of all our meals. I found that the kitchen had adequate equipment to get the job done. Used the bbq grills often and it was a real perk in my opinion. The beds are a little rough as far as comfortability, but helps to force you to get up and out. Having the ice chest was a real money saver too. We packed lunches, snacks, and waters for our daily excursions. My only complaints were several dishes were dirty (that were put away) when we arrived. I mean like full on lips still attached to some glasses, coffee sludge, visable oil on knifes. I just threw everything in the dishwasher and it was all good. Lastly, we found something very interesting that had been left behind in the freezer. A rusted top glass mason jar with chopped up green, yellow, red stuff and the frozen water on top was milky looking to the eye. Apparently it was the cleaning ladies "food" of urchins we later found out.... Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would rent again in the future!

The Good, Bad and VIEW!!

First off the view is AMAZING here. Ocean front condo that jets out on corner over rocky coast so no one walks by in your view. Sit on lanai and watch spinner dolphins play (happened for us 3 times in one week). The condo is laid out in a very efficient manner. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. All appliances work great and the dishwasher is a real plus on vacation. The showers are great, especially the large walk in in the master. There is hot water and plenty of it with good water pressure. The AC units in the bedrooms and one in living room are also a real plus. Upon arrival, the one in the living room wasn't making cold air. It was very hot in the living room and uncomfortable. I immediately called the after hours line and first thing the next morning a technician was out to look at it. When it was determined that it could not be fixed but that it was only 6 months old and could be returned and exchanged, he took care of that. By noon the next day, we had a brand new unit and the rest of the our stay was cool. I hate to mention anything bad in my reviews but I feel this place has so much good and a lot of potential that I must say the cleaners need to do a better job and some of the decor is tired and needs to be addressed. Upon our arrival, there was dust in the bathrooms on the counter tops in the corners, dust on all the light fixtures including the one over the dinning room table. The glass top tables (dinning, coffee table and two end tables) were filthily. They had been wiped with a dirty rag and left to dry. Very easy fix if someone cares. The sheets on the beds are tired, faded and stained. The bedding really needs replacing. The vacuum cleaner is a sad thing and stinks when used. It needs filters replaced or the whole thing replaced. The carpets and upholstery desperately need to be deep cleaned. The walls and kitchen cabinets could use a fresh coat of paint too. The place is full of very tired old silk arrangements that are missing flowers and full of dust. Just throw those out. I know I have listed things big and small but start with the little stuff and clean the table tops, vanity tops in the bathrooms and make sure dishes are clean for new guests arriving. Clean carpet and upholstery and this would go a long way! All things said, the unit is nice due to AC and location and good communication with management when the AC was broken.

Big Island Adventure

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute! The apartment was perfect for 4 people. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail was made to ensure guests have everything they need, including all the kitchen accessories, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Breakfast on the lanai is amazing watching the waves roll in and you can’t beat the sunsets. Excellent location within 20 minute walk to luau, restaurants, and beaches. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Kona.

Great condo!

The condo was in a great location, not too far from town and an easy launching point. It overlooks the ocean and you can see out to sea and the Kona harbor. The condo is close to the pool but far enough for it not to be a disturbance. The condo is well outfitted and was very comfortable. The only things to really know about is there is only one set of adult fins and two kids fins (we brought our masks so didn't pay attention to how many of each there were)...wish I had brought my fins with me... and there are windows in the unit that provide zero sound dampening but it generally wasn't an issue - very quiet complex, just meant the waves were louder than they otherwise would have been. Overall, highly recommend this condo!

Marta was wonderful to work with and the condo was beautiful. It included everything you might need, such as spices, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. Sea Village was a well maintained complex-pool, grills cleaned daily.

Beautiful condo

My husband and I have been renting condos on the Big Island for years. This is one of the best. Beautiful setting. Very comfortable and well equipped. The host was very helpful in telling us firmness level of each bed and very communicative.

Amazing Stay

We spent a lot of time on the Lanai, the view was amazing! Everything was just as described, beds comfy, kitchen more than equipped, well equipped with the beach accessories (chairs, snorkeling, toys etc). Host was very friendly and communicative. Amazing ocean front property

Very clean, well managed, feel very safe, very friendly people staying. Awesome views of the sunset, great pool, nice condo with all you need, beach equipment great, bbq very nice, great location, Safeway best for groceries, two step best snorkeling, lots of beaches close by and restaurants, for us nice to have a car to get around.
