This is a quaint cottage that was decorated beautifully. Many nice touches such as snacks, toiletries, hair dryer, etc. The backyard is large and nice.

Hello! I live locally in Sherman and am usually around if needed. I personally care for the house and keep it super clean and fresh for your arrival.
Why they chose this property
The cottage faces a busy street so the back alleyway entrance is where you want to park and enter. The back of the house is where the neighborhood begins! There is an amazing city pool, tennis courts, park, dog park and walking trails that can be accessed easily and is only a few blocks west.
What makes this property unique
This house was built in the 1950s and the wood floors etc are all original. I've tried to keep as much of the nostalgia as possible by adding vintage charm in the decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with Gas range, microwave, toaster, dish washer and everything you need to cook a meal. The grocery store is walking distance as is a car wash, gas station and nail salon. Walmart and other retail shopping is easily accessible as are restaurants, downtown, Austin College and Highway 75, Very convenient location if you like being in the mix of things.
