Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 30mins from the beach and 10mins from the Old towns of Modica & Ragusa.
Outdoors:
Large outdoor space including parking bay, pool, sun loungers and daybed. Pool towels included.
1 terrace/patio looking onto the pool and surrounding country views, ideal for sipping coffees, reading a book and having drinks.
1 shaded dining area just outside of the indoor kitchen looking onto the pool and views.
Shaded bbq/kitchen area with dining table.

Indoors:
Air conditioned throughout.
Large kitchen/dining space with all amenities including a tea and coffee station.
Cosy tv/living room with a fireplace.
Downstairs - 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a loft with 2 additional single beds for kids. Most double beds can be turned to single ones. All downstairs bedroom also lead to a lovely morning terrace with views of the pool and surroundings.
-2 interconnecting bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom which has both shower and bath. Windows with pool and countryside views and a large terrace on the landing.
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
