De qué otra manera simbolizar esta construcción realizada en 2017 y decorada por dos franceses apasionados por las papas fritas y la decoración. Cazaron y compraron en una subasta durante muchos años todos los muebles y objetos de esta casa. Han combinado con éxito modernidad y confort con muebles de diferentes épocas.

Las cuatro habitaciones y la gran sala de estar dan a la piscina infinita y al mar cercano. Una terraza en la azotea de 176 m2 con ventanas de piso a techo con vista a la propiedad de cuatro hectáreas y le permite admirar los amaneceres y atardeceres y puestas de sol, impresionantes paisajes de 360 grados, desde el Lido di Noto hasta la reserva natural de Vendicari, donde muchas playas salvajes se suceden.

Sentados en un largo sofá en la sala de estar, tres grandes aberturas de doce metros ofrecen un verdadero espectáculo cinematográfico sobre el campo siciliano hasta el mar. Las cigarras y los grillos tocan una melodía de la que nunca se cansa, interrumpida de vez en cuando por el relincho de un burro.

La piscina de 11 metros por 4.50 metros con tumbonas invita a relajarse de la mañana a la noche.

Aquí hay silencio absoluto en una tierra poblada por cien almendros, trescientos olivos, algunos de los cuales tienen 100 años, cien cipreses, doscientos laureles rojos, rosados y blancos, setos de lavanda y romero, yukas, palmeras, buganvillas, jazmines, que dominan un valle verde de almendros sin que nada altere este paisaje.

The perfect villa

Located at the top of a hill, the villa looks over olive, orange and lime groves to the sea. It is completely quiet and peaceful. The villa is spacious, light and airy. It is decorated and furnished with excellent taste to a very high standard. It is well equipped and everything works well. The garden is large and has been carefully maintained and is planted with interesting plants. The pool is lovely. The owners live next door and are gracious, kind and generous.

Perfect stay!

The villa did not disappoint and was extremely comfortable. The views and pool were a highlight. Stephane and Jean are welcoming and very hospitable. If you have an opportunity to try the Tarte aux Pommes, you will be delighted! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property, beautiful views and friendly hosts

The property is beautiful, with indoor/ outdoor living spaces, tasteful decor and all the required conveniences. The pool area is gorgeous and views are breathtaking. The hosts Stephane and Jean, were super attentive, thoughtful and friendly. They provided us with a meal upon our late arrival (and breakfast the next morning), and were extremely communicative and helpful with recommendations and advice. Stephane even helped us with a couple of restaurant reservations. The location is great, very close to the town of Noto with plenty of beaches around. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend this property.

Our Sicily Experience

This was a family vacation bringing along a newborn 6 months of age. We had hoped to spend quite a bit of time at the beautiful villa hosted by Stephane and Jean but the weather was not cooperating. Instead we took day trips which were wonderful and had amazing meals. Our host Stephane made us a beautiful welcoming meal and brought us fresh croissant and brioche the next morning from a local Noto bakery. Overall, I would highly recommend the villa and hope that other guests have warmer, sunnier weather so the grounds could be utilized. Stephane and Jean were wonderful hosts!

Beautiful stylish home in amazing location

This property is located in a stunning position surrounded by olive groves outside the beautiful town of Noto. The house itself is very stylish, each room with en-suite decorated with care. The kitchen has all that you need for a great holiday & there is an outside BBQ area at the back of the house. They provided a bottle of their own very delicious olive oil. There is a roof terrace with amazing views-nice for an evening. The pool is amazing and we had a lot of fun in the pool & relaxation on the sun-beds. Inside the air conditioning was great & the beds comfortable. Each room opens onto a covered terrace, ensuring that there are plenty of places to relax. It lived up to expectation & more. Stephan & Jean were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They were next door & keen to ensure we had a good holiday. We had beach tips & excellent restaurant recommendations. They kindly brought us dinner on our first night & breakfast first & last morning. Because the promised aranchini weren't available they also brought them another time. The house has a daily cleaner which enabled more time to relax. To get there, our car sat nav didn't recognise the address so we just put in Noto & when we were close, the 'vita e natura' was the best way to find the property. (There is a tennis club at the top of the road, but we didn't use it. A good landmark for finding the property). This is a brilliant location for exploring the baroque towns as well as being close to a nature reserve & good beaches. Easy to get to from Catania airport (40-45 mins). Thank you Stephan & Jean for a fabulous holiday.

beauté de la Sicile et séjour idéal

Stéphane et jean sont des hôtes attentionnés, toujours au service des locataires (ils nous ont fait connaitre les spécialités du pays en nous offrant notre premier dîner et bien d'autres attentions) la maison est très confortable, la vue sur la mer est très agréable et nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Noto est un QG idéal pour visiter l'est de la Sicile et la petite ville est très belle. de plus Stéphane et Jean produise une huile d'olive délicieuse. nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Heaven on Earth

I have so many good things to say about this property that I don't know where to start. Let's start with the House. Finding a house to rent is always tricky for me as my husband wants to be very isolated, while I always want a sea view. Cinecitta was one of the very few houses that offered both at the same time in this kind of budget. The beach is only accessible by car (about 15 minutes drive with traffic), but the view of the surrounding countryside, with the sea in the background is literally breath-taking. And the house is only surrounded by almond and olive trees and a farm, so the only noise you will hear is a donkey and a goat from time to time, which makes it even more charming. And this takes place is only 10 minutes drive away from Noto, which as we discovered is a fantastic city. Now the hosts: Stephane and Jean could not have been friendlier. We literally had a 5-star hotel concierge service during our stay. First, they had bought delicious meals from the finest trattorias in Noto on the day of our arrival. They had also bought a toy for each of our daughters which I found was a lovely gesture. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations, and even made the reservation for us, which you will appreciate if you don't speak a single word of Italian like us. They also know the area very well and gave us all the best tips to travel to the surrounding cities, Syracuse, Modica, Agrigento, etc. Also, if you love fish food like we do, ask Stephane to take you to the local fishmonger: the fishmonger place is very typical (no doubt we were the only tourists in the place), and has a great selection of local fresh fish, at a very decent price. I was also impressed by their reactivity: we had a power cut once during our stay, Stephane immediately came, and fixed the issue within 45 minutes ! Finally, the region: we chose to go to Noto a bit randomly, not knowing anything about the region. What a great surprise ! The beauty of the town, the proximity to amazing beaches, the natural landscape, the food and finally the people: everything was perfect. Our stay at Cinecitta Sicily was one of our best vacation and it was definitely worth every penny we spent. Stephane and Jean made this place a real paradise and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet landscape, with view on the countryside and the sea, while staying close to a great city, with a 5-star service. I will definitely go back

Un lieu d'exception

Une maison d'architecte parfaitement conçue et très ergonomique pour passer des vacances d'exception. Chaque chambre est autonome avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Une grande pièce nous permet de se retrouver pour les moments de convivialité. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter de la vue. Bref un sans faute pour cette maison de vacance en Italie
