You will understand once you stay. Everything is within walking distance, and you can wake up to see the water from the window. Its an easy walk to restaurants and shops, dining and swimming - and a great place winter or summer!
What makes this property unique
Ground floor front unit ocean views - huge window and a nice spacious area with original floorboards, solid double brick walls and quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance and a great family environment or weekend retreat.
