The finished lower level features a family room, pub table, foosball table, mud room, and full bathroom w/ walk-in shower.
Outside, a 2-stall garage and driveway provides free, onsite parking. The back features two separate patios, gas grill, outdoor dining area, and a backyard large enough for sports and yard games.
