Great instructions for check-in/out. Responsive to texts and calls. The unit was fabulous. The master bedroom bed was comfy (we didn't use the other rooms as our family cancelled). There is lots of room and everything works in the unit. There was one hitch and that was the gate to the complex off of Livingston Rd--the control pedestal wall intermittently inoperable (the car ahead of me couldn't make it work, neither did the car behind me). That's no fault of the owner...other residents said if had been reported and was being fixed. The other gate off of Old Lake Wilson always worked. And we found it worked best to put the # in front and at the end of the code.The Internet was flawless. The TVs are all smart and convenient. And the unit was super clean. The community is gated and well kept. There are pet stations throughout with waste bags and trash receptacles. The pool is nice and appears to be heated, though we didn't confirm that. We LOVED our stay and hope to return, soon!

Great Place!

Very nicely located and centered around most attractions! Communication was awesome, so the single simple hiccup with first entry was fixed in a timely manner. Spacious enough for a reasonably sized group of four adults and a child, with beds for everyone (even left with room to spare for two more kids). Perfect for families with kids and dogs alike, as the home is right next to a park! Cleanliness could use some light work in the showers, but overall a great space with all of the necessary amenities. It’s also very comfortable and super reasonably priced, would recommend for sure! Can’t wait to come back :)

The place was clean and close to ESPN WOW.

Towels should have been more like a hotel. They were obviously used multiple times. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Linens were a hodgepodge and could have been matched to make it more like home. The property was safe. Screen on sliding door was duck taped Grill was to small to have a cookout with friends. The kitchen had good supplies. All in all, I would stay there again.

Lived here for 2 months Feb + March 2018 more than adequate for my needs.

Unit 10. 7643 long island Dr. Enjoyed the heated pool daily. Quiet most days. My objective was to avoid snow and soak up sun Rays. No problem doing both. Also was able to BBQ easily (brought my own Weber BBQ) and had 4 dinner parties for 6 with provided dishes etc. Pots are high quality heavy bottom and worked well as I do most cooking. Could use 2 more chairs, but I used 2 folding chairs I had brought with me. Overall thinking of renting 3 months in 2019. ENJOY

DO NOT STAY AT THIS CONDO

My family spent 2 nights in this condo in December 2017. While stripping the beds as we were preparing to check-out, we found items at the foot of the bed between the sheets - clearly indicating that we had been sleeping on dirty sheets. I contacted Manny, the owner, and of course he just claimed that he has a cleaning crew clean the condo after each stay. He did not believe me. I am here to tell you - the items found did not belong to our group and the only explanation is that we had all been sleeping on dirty sheets. DO NOT STAY AT THIS CONDO.

I don't know what to say Anne. First when you came in you called me to say what a nice home it is and how good it is. Then for two days you stayed there and did not say anything. After you checked out after 22 hours you called me to say that you saw one Disney magic band near the sheets. I told you the staff strips and cleans all linens every time. The band could be from your family or maybe your kids brought it from disney. However you wanted money back after you had stayed and checked out and that too after 12 hours after check out. The home was clean.. You just assumed that the sheets were not clean based on your seeing one little band. If they were not clean you would have seen when you checked and called and complained. I cannot fathom why you would say such things when you called me the first day and said nice things about the home. But I am sorry you feel this way though you never gave me a chance to rectify anything even if it was our fault. Thank you. Manny

Nice get away

Home was pretty nice just didn’t like all the notes everywhere . my children was getting frustrated because they had to keep counting 5 sheets of toilet paper just to use it and I didn’t like that dog hair was on floor and couch so my allergies really got to me but for the most part the area was very nice and quiet

The town home was just what we needed for 2 night stay in Orlando. However, if we had been staying longer, we would have been a little dissatisfied. The notes on the walls everywhere were a little irritating. Especially, the ones about "only using 5 sheets of toilet paper at a time" or the toilet would overflow. Maybe the toilets need repair if that's truly the case. The wash cloths provided were very hard & felt like sandpaper. Maybe it's time to use fabric softner of buy new ones. The rugs in the bathroom looked very dirty. I didn't like standing on them with my barefeet. The town home was very spacious for our family and we would probably come back, but we would hope some of these issues could be improved.

Great Condo ! Loved it!!!!

Very nice and clean condo!!! Location is perfect and convenient. Manny and Shelly stayed in touch with us all the way up until our arrival date. We are already planning our vacation for next year and we will definitely without a doubt be booking with MyOrlandoStay Crestwyndbay. The staff is friendly and any questions you receive quick responses. We had car problems on our check out day and Manny and Shelly were very understanding and extended our check out time. Thank you Manny, Shelly, and Carmen for making us feel like we are at home. See ya next year!

They gave us a wrong house. it has dog hairs on couch and bed

They gave us a wrong house. I choose 3bedroom with two bath with tubs and half bath with pool table. House picture we're amazing and looks clean. The Ouse given to us has dog hairs on the couch and beds House pictures looks so nice and new the unit given to us is old. They even say let them know if now paper towels and toilet papers. When we let them know about paper towels nobody come to bring one. Disappointed with the service. Very strict with payments and reservation but not good in service And they trick the tenants with pictures and the real house.

Sorry Tes. We assigned you a new unit in a resort community with a bar and nice club. Regarding paper products - we provide the initial set. regarding pet hair - I did not hear anything about it but it is possible that a guest much before you brought a pet without us knowing. Again I am sorry our house did not stand up to your needs.
