Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just like you would like to have your home treated.

If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.

At least 1 adult guest (25+) must be part of the group.
