Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels on the floor in the laundry room
Place all trash bags in trash bins located on the side of the home. If checking out on Sundays or Tuesdays, roll the bin to the street.
Be sure to remember to turn everything off and set the AC to 78 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What makes this property unique
The location of this home makes it unique. It is less than 15 minutes away from LSU, a little over 15 from Southern University, and it is located late than 5 minutes from most major stores.
