There was plenty of space and lots of fun activities to keep parents, grandparents, and kids happy.

Justin, the host was very responsive and pleasant. Home is updated on the inside, which matters most, but the outside is a little rough. I’d recommend bringing a box fan for the bedrooms, as there is no AC and are no ceiling fans. Might not be a big deal for those that are used to not having ac. Kids loved the game room, and the friendly neighborhood deer are a nice surprise. The two larger mattresses are REALLY firm, but surprisingly we woke up feeling great. Location is nice - things you need are very close, and the neighborhood is quiet and respectful.

The place was clean and the showers have the best water pressure. The house is next to the park and close to the shopping and university. Justin responded quickly to us.

Newly listed to VRBO and it needs some touches to be a great property. Great location. Recent upgrades are nice The linens are old and worn. Pillows are old and lumpy. Sheets are old. No extra blankets and pillows. Put in low beds with memory foam mattresses which are extremely hard and uncomfortable Bath Towels are old and small. Had to ask for wash rags, kitchen towels and dish rags. Someone did bring those over. Keurig Coffee pot was broken.No handrails at any of the stepsBack yard is dirt and weedsOnly one night stand in all 3 bedrooms No where to set a phone, clock, CPAP etc Broken floor fans. Should have some ceiling fans.No cable TV included all pay channelsFragrance plug ins were very strong and not necessary We unplugged themI'm sure with some time this could and will be a nice rental. Right now, not so much!

Sorry the property did not meet your expectations. This is the first review we’ve had below 5 stars. Everything in the house is brand new. The property was completely renovated in February and all linens, pillows, towels, etc were purchased new. Wash rags were provided for the number of guests you stated were staying. Kitchen towels were provided. Our cleaning crew did overlook putting out a couple of dish rags. However they remedied the mistake in a timely manner. The keurig works fine. The floor fans work fine. All rooms and both living rooms have smart TVs in them with high speed internet. To all future guests please take the time to read our other reviews on VRBO and AirBNB. Those reviews are an accurate representation of our property. We go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for our guests. You can’t please everyone and this guest is a prime example of that.
