LOCATION: The Berends Family Homestead sits right along the 290 Wine Trail, placing you in the heart of Texas Wine Country with wineries just minutes away. Please note, the convenience of this prime location comes with some highway noise.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check in the day before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. We’ve kept the agreement simple and straightforward, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about it.
CLEANLINESS: We put our heart and soul into ensuring the space is sparkling clean and ready for your stay! However, their presence may leave behind some bird droppings that are difficult to stay ahead of.
