This amazing 10th-floor Gulf Front condo is in the West Building of SeaSpray's relaxing property. It's a delightfully cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit that has plenty of room for making memories with family and friends! Enjoy your morning coffee (Keurig with frother and a drip coffee maker) on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim by and taking in the views that the Gulf of America is famous for. In this unit, the living room has a comfy sleeper sofa and 2 recliners to kick back in and relax after a long, leisurely day at the beach. The dining room table is quite spacious. The master bedroom has a king- size bed with an en suite bathroom and a nicely sized tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom hosts a very cozy queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a grab bar for your convenience. While here, enjoy one of the 2 beach front pools and hot tub, or get your workout in at the well equipped beach front gym! You can even walk across the street to SeaSpray's Riverside property to enjoy a third pool, marina and boat launch, a grilling area for your fresh catch, tennis/pickleball courts, and a wonderful view of boats leisurely sailing by while dolphins play in the water. You truly don't want to miss out on the opportunity to relax here. Book now to enjoy the break from life that you deserve!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
