A ROOFTOP POOL with jacuzzi, pilates studio & sauna! The basement is equipped with bar, pool table & 12 seat home theatre. A Primary Suite with a steam shower & office. AC throughout. Just blocks to the beach & mins to downtown Manhattan Beach. Housekeeping 3 days per week included. Comes with tomato garden and chickens.

We have housekeeping 4 hours a day 3 days a week. During those days they will do dishes and laundry.
