Excellent location - close to everything! The apartment was stocked with everything we needed - fans, beach chairs, and umbrella! The kitchen was well stocked and rooms were spacious! It was helpful to have the overnight parking pass since our rental car was too big for the garage. Overall great stay!
The place was completely as advertised. Absolutely excellent location, and awesome service from the management company. Some things I liked: everything is stocked from the TP to the paper towels, the multiple options for dish detergent, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, plenty of fans (it’s been hot recently and the breeze sometimes doesn’t cut it). They even provide a parking pass for a couple of the lots nearby which was handy for me as my car didn’t fit in the garage. Overall a great stay, I’d definitely recommend it.
Property was as described in listing. Clean and properly stocked with all necessities. Great location. Host was very communicative and helpful. A great getaway
Property is very close to the beach. Other than that, it’s a run down old school Manhattan Beach cottage that needs updates throughout. We arrived on a day when the temperature was 78 degrees at 6pm and they had been running the heat. All the windows were closed and the contact basically said “turn off the pilot light” on the heater. That didn’t work. Kitchen and bathroom are old. The promise of King bed was false and only available through a blow up bed. It’s not even a Queen, it’s a full size bed. Overall, way overpriced and not worth it.

Thank you for your feedback. When you initially contacted me regarding the heater, I explained how to turn off the pilot light. I did not hear from you again afterward, so I was under the impression the issue had been resolved. Had you let me know it was still an issue, I would have been happy to send someone over to take a look.
We close the windows between guest stays, which is why they were closed when you arrived.
I also want to clarify a few things regarding the listing. The listing describes property as a 1920 beach bungalow and the listing photos accurately reflect the home, including the original-style kitchen and bathroom. We make every effort to show the property exactly as it is so guests know what to expect before booking.
The bed in the one-bedroom is a queen-size bed, not a full, and the listing states that the additional king-size sleeping option is a king air mattress. The listing does not advertise a standard king bed.
We understand that the character of a 1920 beach bungalow may not be for everyone, but the age, style, amenities, and sleeping arrangements are all disclosed in the listing and accurately represented in the photos. I’m sorry the property didn’t meet your expectations, and I appreciate you sharing your feedback.
Great location! Very quiet and close to beach and everything else! It’s an older beach house some things don’t work perfectly but it didn’t bother us a bit!
Loved this place! Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, and loved that the host provides pretty much anything you’ll need for your stay including beach towels and beach chairs. I will definitely be booking this place again! 🤩
It’s our second stay and it was perfect again. It had everything we needed and the beach access is perfect. The walking proximity to shopping, restaurants, pier, etc is amazing.
The location you can’t beat. This condo had everything right down to the boogie boards! It was easy access, family friendly, and quiet. The sunset was a highlight! Thank you!!
