Grand appartement de 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains avec un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un appartement avec balcon. Il y a un ascenseur dans le bâtiment et un garage.

L'appartement se compose de deux appartements de 2 chambres, l'un du salon est utilisé comme chambre. Les chambres sont grandes et pleines de lumière et presque toutes sont en suite. L'un des salons sert de chambre. Il y a deux canapés-lits doubles dans le salon et ils sont espacés pour que tout le monde puisse être à l'aise. Il y a aussi une très grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes.

La maison est située en plein centre de Prague à seulement 10 minutes à pied du célèbre Pont Charles et à 5 minutes à pied du Théâtre National. La place Wenceslals et la place de la vieille ville sont également accessibles à pied.


Il y a un garage surveillé situé dans le bâtiment qui est disponible uniquement pour les clients du bâtiment. Si vous êtes intéressé à garer votre voiture, veuillez m'en informer à l'avance. Il n'y a que 4 parkings et si occupé je ne peux pas vous confirmer la place mais vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans un garage proche. Merci de votre compréhension.

Clean, spacious and quiet. All you can really want. A nice feature was that the owner included floor fans in each bedroom. A nice plus if you like moving air.Truly a convent location, walkable to U Fleku, old town, the river. Yet in a quiet side street. No complaints at all.

Incredible space in Prague

Apartments were very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our extended family of 9. Location was great and convenient to public transportation or walking. Lots of great restaurants a easy walk from the apartment.

Great location and very clean.

The apartment setup was not good. 4 of the beds were king size and two were singles. One single was in the room with a king size bed and the other was in a room with a second kitchen. We were 6 woman and we did not want to share beds. This was not a good setup. The rental consisted of two units on the same floor. To go from one u it to another you had to go into the public area and unlock the door. This was very inconvenient. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Also no salt or pepper. We had one small and one medium size towel. We could have used more towels.

Hello Joan, thank you for your comments. The floor plan and the layout of the apartment is shown in the presentation. If you have informed us before the arrival, we could have prepared also the sofa beds to have 6 separate sleeping spaces. There are 2 kitchens in the apartment, one is fully equipped and the other one has just the basic items. Salt and pepper are provided. We hope you have enjoyed your stay anyway. Lovely property, great location!

Our family of 7 people (ages 20-75) really enjoyed our 4 nights here. Plenty of space & bathrooms for everyone. The layout is two separate apartments, they don't actually connect but the entry doors are right next to each other and we had no problem with it - in fact it was nice to have two kitchens and all the extra space. The kitchen/living area in the larger apartment was plenty big enough for everyone to eat breakfast or hang out together in the evening. High ceilings, very clean & modern design, spotless property. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and it's a nice safe quiet neighborhood, we walked along the river every night as well as to bars & restaurants. We also used Uber frequently, wait times were short and rides around the city were ~US$5. Our only minor complaint was related to noise - the bedroom and bathroom doors are all opaque glass so they are beautiful but not soundproof at all. Also the stairwell is a big echo chamber, if people on the other floors are loud in the hall the sound carries into the bedrooms near the doors. These were very minor issues though, only worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper. Overall a really nice property and good value for a group, we loved it and would stay here again without question.

ces 2 logements étaient très bien! propre, spacieux. Nous atterrissions à 20h, arrivée à la résidence 20h30 et Thomas nous attendait pour la remise des clefs. Vraiment parfait. Proche de tous les monuments donc aucuns transports en communs à prendre! Je vous le recommande.

The one kitchen and living room are exactly as shown in the photos (the photos do not show the second kitchen and living room). The apartments were clean, well appointed, and updated. The location was very good, easy to walk to Tesco to do our shopping for meal prep. Very close to the river and other sights. The only negative was is not a "5 bedroom apartment" as stated in the ad header, this is actually two separate two bedroom apartments which are on the same floor of the building. We understood this to be a single five bedroom apartment based on the ad title. If you scroll way down in the fine print, it does say it is two separate apartments. The fifth "bedroom" is actually the living room of the second apartment. The second living room and kitchen go unused as we were traveling as a large group and wanted to congregate in a single kitchen and living room to be together. We were there to visit my son who lives in Prague. We rented what we thought was a five bedroom apartment so he could also stay with us. When he found out there was not actually a fifth bedroom (not living room) he declined to stay with us and went back to his apartment where he has an actual bedroom. Also, in one of the two apartments, the only shower is inside of a bedroom which means the people who would be sleeping in the second bedroom and the living room/bedroom would need to enter the bedroom of the other couple in order to take a shower in the morning. There are three showers total and two 1/2 bath

Großzügig minimalistisch

Perfekte Einweisungen. Es waren 2 Wohnungen nebeneinander statt eine große. Super zentral, sauber, ruhig. Heizung und Wasser perfekt. Lediglich war die Küche zu minimalistisch ausgestattet und der Backofen funktionierte nicht. Wir haben in der Wohnung nur gefrühstückt, wir waren 8 Erwachsene und Kaffee für alle war schon eine Herausforderung mit der Maschine! Wie gesagt, sehr minimalistisch.

Fijn gastenverblijf met meerdere stellen

Meerdere fijne slaapkamers met goede matrassen, grote leefruimte, mooie keuken maar gemis van aantal keukenassesoires. Geen tussenschoonmaakgehad bij 5 dagen verblijf. Wel mogelijkheid om wasmachine te gebruiken maar geen wasmiddel aanwezig. Dicht bij OV, goed te lopen.. fijne locatie geen hinder van verkeer. Lift aanwezig. Kortom prima!
