This newly renovated (2012) condo is in the perfect location. Minutes walk from the waterfront boardwalk, markets, downtown shopping, all the bars and restaurants, hospitals, universities, grocery store, liquor store, library, Scotiabank Centre Arena etc...

The condo has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and easy. We are continually updating our furniture and amenities when needed.

We are a 7 day minimum rental; although we will possibly accommodate less if situation arises. We do discount for long term rentals. You have access to both bedrooms, with the rental rate as $1199 a week CDN

About Mike Hasiuk

Hey there,

We ( Mike and Laura ) are excited to embark on our new adventure with VRBO. In addition to getting married and starting a family, we took the plunge and purchased a condo in 2012. We have invested a lot in updates and renovations and are pleased to rent our property in one of the best locations in the heart of Halifax.

We have had a very successful first five years and are looking forward to more to come.

Why Mike Hasiuk chose South End

This 1200 sq ft condo is newly renovated in 2012 with all new appliances and extremely clean. Great size balcony and very spacious. Most furniture again updated in 2017. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants, hospitals and universities. Included in the rental is underground parking for one vehicle.

Very quiet during the day and night, yet if you want action or noise, you are only minutes from finding some downtown. We are a 7 day minimum rental; although we will possibly accommodate less if situation arises

A great place to stay in Halifax, NS

This was our second year staying in this condo. Everything that you would need is there.

Plus if there's a problem, Mike (the owner) is available by phone and email, and always answers immediately. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and everything is so clean! You couldn't find a better location, as it is just 2 blocks up from the harbor walk and the farmers market. It seems that everything is within walking distance, the parks, the Public Garden(awesome), downtown shopping. There's an Atlantic Superstore just a five minute walk down the street for any shopping you may have to do. So it's a great place to stay even if you don't have a car.

So if you have never been to Halifax, I highly recommend it. And if you want a great place to stay, Mike's condo is the best! Thanks so much Mike

Another perfect holiday!! In beautiful Halifax

This condo is a perfect spot to stay in Halifax. The attention to detail is appreciated and shows how the hosts go out of their way to make your home away from home excellent. From wines to share, and condiments in the fridge, to yoga mats and baby equipment—it’s all there. There is safe clean indoor parking and laundry facilities on each floor. The condo itself is immaculate with lush towels and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and it has everything you need. It is nicely decorated and has a lovely patio and BBQ area.

Everything in downtown Halifax is close and this Condo is within walking distance of it all. Within a couple blocks there are Two large grocery stores, liquor store, playground, Tim Hortons. Upscale restaurants and pubs, Spring Garden Road is filled with shops and restaurants and easy to get to by bus or foot. The Waterfront, seaport Market and Pier 21 awaits.

This is the second time my husband and family have visited this particular condo and I would stay there every year if I could. The caretaker Debra is always around making sure the building is clean and well maintained.

Don’t hesitate to choose this condo—I’m sure that like our family you’ll love the experience.

Great condo, great location!

We had a wonderful week staying here -- the condo has a great location walking distance from many of the major attractions of Halifax, but is in a quiet building on a quiet street. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, museums *and* a calm and quiet oasis of escape. The condo is spotless, very nicely and comfortably furnished, with everything you could need for your stay. Mike is great about communicating all the important information you need. If/when we return to Halifax, we'll be staying here again!
