The condo has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and easy.

Two bedroom and one bedroom rentals available. We lock one bedroom in the case of a one bedroom rental. We are a 7 day minimum rental; although we will possibly accommodate less if situation arises

Hey there,

We ( Mike and Laura ) are excited to embark on our new adventure with VRBO. In addition to getting married and starting a family, we took the plunge and purchased a condo in 2012. We have invested a lot in updates and renovations and are pleased to rent our property in one of the best locations in the heart of Halifax.

We have had a very successful first couple years and are looking forward to more to come.

We will be renting as a two bedroom and a one bedroom. (One bedroom will be locked if you rent it as a one bedroom)

We want your stay to be enjoyable, relaxing and stress free and we are open to any feedback.

This 1200 sq ft condo is newly renovated with all new appliances and extremely clean. Great size balcony and very spacious. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants, hospitals and universities. Included in the rental is underground parking for one.

Very quiet during the day and night, yet if you want action or noise, you are only minutes from finding some downtown. We are a 7 day minimum rental; although we will possibly accommodate less if situation arises

Very Good

This is a very good place to stay. It is clean and neat and well appointed, and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in house, we made Thanksgiving dinner for eight people, and had all the utensils required. The building itself is clean and well kept. Underground parking lot was even very clean and tidy. Great location on the edge of downtown, within easy walking distance of many great restaurants and pubs. Also just a couple of blocks away from the piers and ocean boardwalk , which are an enjoyable place to go walking. Two good grocery stores just a five minute walk away. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was straightforward and easy.

We would stay here again.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It's spacious, bright, clean and only steps from our favourite downtown Halifax pubs and shops. With a large grocery store less than a block away, it was also quick and easy to buy items for our 'at home' meals as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Halifax - we're hoping it will be available the next time we visit the East Coast. The best compliment I can give is that it feels like home!

Fantastic Location

My husband and I stayed here for a week on a vacation and found the location remarkable. We walked everywhere in the Halifax area only using our car when we travelled away from the city. The underground parking spot was great.The condo was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Attention to details were amazing. We would stay here again if traveling to the area. The owner was very helpful during the entire transaction. All information about the condo was accurate and we would highly recommend this property to anyone. 5/5

Our stay was just great. The condo is in a very convenient location whether you have a car or not. We walked everywhere downtown but appreciated the parking spot when we rented a car for a few days. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Mike communicated clearly with us and provided a lot of written information once we were in. Recommended.

Home away from home!

We felt comfortable and happy the moment we "moved in!" The condo is very clean and well-decorated. It is amazingly well-equipped so that it was easy to entertain friends and family there. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee, maybe an afternoon nap and cocktails with appetizers. The location is absolutely perfect with easy access to the boardwalk on the harbor, beautiful parks, shopping and restaurants.

Mike was so welcoming and extremely helpful. He made our stay wonderful!
