Why they chose this property

I have always loved Grafton and owning a river front property is a dream! The location is perfect. Private, no immediate neighbors, but still located near all the area attractions.

What makes this property unique

The home is located on the Mississippi River near the confluence of the Illinois River. The home has an amazing, large patio. It is perfect for morning coffee and watching the evening sunsets.
