We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Breeze. I have been coming to the area for 16 years and this house is my favorite to stay in. Clean, great views, great host communication—couldn’t have asked for better.

The house and location was amazing. Dolphins charged the beach feeding in the morning, caught mullet and croakers in the castnet, and a nice red fish right from the lower deck. Loved everything about it.

Hands down best beach vacation ever! Couldn’t have been closer to the ocean if we tried, all of the decks were amazing, house was clean, check in super simple. Dog friendly, plenty of stuff to cook at home or eat out. We will definitely return

Loved the property! Best views on the gulf. Loved on the beach without having to lug chairs etc up and down. Literally there, and if want shade, you have the deck below. We lucked out too with weather. Being from Florida, June best time. Some people but totally uncrowded. We will be back. And our lab was in heaven too.

We had a great stay here. The house itself was excellent and the location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach. One of the highlights was sitting out on the deck in the mornings watching the sunrise, with dolphins cruising by right in front of us and pelicans dive bombing for food.The fishing was outstanding. We caught redfish, sea trout, whiting, croaker, ladyfish, catfish, and even a few sharks right from the beach, which made the trip even better.The lower deck space was a really nice bonus too! Great spot to relax, unwind, and get out of the sun when needed.Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back.

Home was not large but clean and well appointed. Excellent location. “Unapologetically beachfront” close to gulf with waves coming below deck during high tide. Best location in the area. Many dolphins swimming the week we stayed. Relaxing and quiet week with daily walks on beach and Bald Point State Park. Exactly what we needed. Shore fishing from deck was a plus. Dog friendly area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home! Being just steps from the Gulf made our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable. The covered porches and easy beach access were perfect. There was no need to haul heavy beach chairs or wrestle with umbrellas—just walk out the door and everything you need is right there.The outdoor shower and separate foot-rinse hose were thoughtful touches that made it easy to clean up after a day on the beach before heading inside.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you would expect in your own home. The air conditioning kept the house cool even on the hottest days, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was much appreciated after spending time in the sun.One of our favorite things about this property was its location on the east end of Alligator Point. Situated on the quiet, dead-end section of the road, it was peaceful and felt very private. It was the perfect place to take our dog for walks without worrying about traffic.If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with unbeatable access to the Gulf and a peaceful setting, we would highly recommend this home

Amazing! The house was perfect for our family. There were a few days that the boys fished right from the deck. The water did flow under the house a couple of times, which was cool. The new deck was GREAT!

We’ve spent many years on Alligator Point, and this has to be our new favorite house to stay in. The guys fished from under the house most of the time. It was a wonderful trip!!

Had a great time with family. 4generations was there. Great grandma, grandma, daughter and her son. Enjoyed the beach. It was a great spot. The beds were comfortable, the air was cool inside, and great shower pressure. We will be coming back.
