This property delivered on all points! Beautifully decorated, cleanest place I have ever stayed, located in the heart of downtown attractions. Wish we had planned to stay longer!
Beautiful loft in the middle of the historic downtown area. Walking distance to bathhouse row, shops, and restaurants. The loft has plenty of space to enjoy family time having a meal or playing a game. Would highly recommend!

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
The apartment was nice enough but lacked so much in other areas. The host never sent check in instructions. When we arrived I sent her a message asking for the door code. Her reply was, have you checked your text ? After she looked and saw that she didn’t send it so we finally got the code. The kitchen lacked basic conveniences like no ice maker, no salt or pepper, foil, plastic wrap, toothpicks. The kitchen was basically a few plates and a few pieces of silverware. There were no bowls. For the price it should have been a lot more attention to detail. The description said you could hear traffic outside but that was an understatement. The noise level was terrible. If you have been to downtown Hot Springs you know what I mean. Wont stay there again

Thank you for your review. You should be clear, I did send the check in instructions. Those were sent at Noon, the morning of your arrival date, the only thing that wasn’t in the initial instructions was the door code, which I promptly sent! I’m sorry you weren’t pleased with the kitchen, and we will add those things you’ve suggested. Also, yes, we are very clear it’s downtown Hot Springs and an old building. The noise is quite loud from central Ave. it’s part of staying downtown.
