We grew up in Little Rock and have been enjoying our Lake Hamilton home for many years now. We visit the lake house once a month to make sure it is in perfect shape for our guest. It is our favorite vacation place!

We love Hot Springs and we love coming home to visit our lake house. We try to make sure that our guest feel like they are coming home to their own lake house when they visit.
What makes this House unique
Our lake house is right on the water, just steps out the door. We love sitting on the deck or even in the living room and being right on the water with the ducks and geese.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
