This place is dedicated to your relaxation and privacy. To ensure your safety, we’ve installed an ADT security system and additional security measures. The driveway camera monitors vehicle movements for guest convenience, and you have easy access to emergency services, including fire and medical help, at your fingertips. A central panel is located in the lobby entry area for authorized guests using the 1st floor and 2nd floor guest suites.

Property Access:

You have full access to the entire Second - floor of the Marengo Estate. The estate also includes a First -floor home with a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms, which share the same entrance and lobby. (A separate listing is available for larger groups needing access to the First floor.)

Parking Information:

The property is located at the corner of Marengo Ave and Commonwealth Ave. For your convenience, you can park from either direction, allowing easy access to both streets.

Entry Code:

Management will send you the entry code via text and email 24 to 48 hours before your check-in date.

The main lobby, which serves as the entrance to the second floor, is a shared space where you may interact with other guests staying on the property.
