Entire 2 bedroom home -15 minutes to DTLA
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Beautiful 2 bedroom home, spacious kitchen and dining area. There is a cute corner for the office area and the house also features a front yard and backyard for relaxing after a long day. Close to freeway and minutes to downtown LA and South Pasadena. The house is located within walking distance to malls, theater and groceries. Spacious rooms with fast WIFI and TV with streaming options. 1 car parking is provided as well.
The space
You would enter the house through your own private entrance to a gorgeous upgraded living room which also has a corner for the office area. Nice comfortable pull out couch along with chairs to sit and enjoy time with family. You can entertain yourself with tv provided with streaming capabilities.
As you walk from the living room, you have a huge four seater dining area which connects to the kitchen. In the kitchen, you have all the needed amenities including microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee machine to name a few.
The bathroom is recently upgraded with tiles around the shower to give you the best experience. The two bedrooms are very spacious and is very carefully decorated with your comfort in mind.
Finally, you can also enjoy outdoor seating both in the front yard and back yard if you like some quiet time. There is a tiny shared grass area which can also be used for relaxation.
The house comes with its own parking spot so you never have to park on the street. The entire house has cameras outside to keep you safe and secure.
