Ocean One 120 a rénové la cuisine, avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils haut de gamme en acier inoxydable noir. Nouveau canapé de salon / causeuse et chaise. Lit King dans la chambre principale, un lit queen et double dans la chambre 2 et un canapé-lit du salon. Restez côté océan et profitez de nombreux avantages d'un complexe en bord de mer sans payer de prix en bord de mer. Les clients séjournant à Ocean One 120 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage et n'auront pas à traverser une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean One a ajouté une toute nouvelle zone de grillades au complexe juste au-delà de la piscine.

Given that the buildings are being worked on and those circumstances were beyond anyones control, our vacation was still great. We appreciate Seashores commitment to their guests...making every effort to ensure that our experience is memorable and it was. We live HHI and Seashore...its a winning combination! Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation spot, however condo is in need of some desperate updating. Was clean and had everything you would need but some appliances and kitchen need as I said updating. This is my third stay in 120, really love the location, just wish they would put some money back into it.

HHI 2023 Vacation

Couch and chair could use a good cleaning. Outside patio furniture was terribly dirty and could not really use. Some of the walls could use a cleaning and the bathroom floor wasn't clean around the edges and in the corners. Overall I liked the unit itself, just needs a little tlc from cleaning staff.

Very damp week in Unit 120

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always liked Seashore Vacations when we owned our condo. However, the unit we stayed in needs something done to it. The sofas were both wet the whole time there even when we put down towels they became damp eventually. We tried to use the fans, but that didn't help at all. Most of the time everyone sat on the floor, except for my husband, Ron, but I changed towels for him. My I-pad cover became damp as did other things. When I came home our salt shaker that we took was all clogged & the salt sticking together. Our son and daughter-in-law went to a hotel on the last few days we were there. Of course, we love the location, but would recommend that the unit not be rented until the moisture problem is fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, Seashore Vacations were so amazing to work with! Staff were very helpful and friendly.The location of the unit was fantastic! Loved being on the first floor, so easy to get to the pool and beach. Being able to walk to Coligny Plaza was also a huge bonus. So many great shops and places to eat! The property was perfect for our family of 4. The updated kitchen was great. Bathrooms could use a little updating but overall were fine. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Find Another Unit To Rent

I would not recommend renting this unit because both bathroom tub/showers have horrible drainage. While showering, you'll be standing in dirty water above ankles and the next person that showers will have to stand in dirty water because it takes so so long for the water to drain. We made a maintenance request day one and were told they are aware of the problem however the drainage couldn't be fixed; they had a few plumbers and the association attempt to fix it in the past but it's unfixable. Disappointed to pay so much money to rent a unit for a week long vacation that we couldn't shower in. Luckily, we had family renting another unit and we were able to shower in their unit. The condominium is in a great location but do yourself a favor DON'T rent this unit find another unit to rent.

Ocean One Unit 120

We enjoyed the property we stayed in, everything was updated and clean. It is a beach property so of course sand is always going to be the biggest problem with the flooring, not sure how that can be prevented as carefully as we tried to be with showering off before entering the condo. We had one frying pan that needed to be pitched because it smelled so bad the first time we used it we never used it again because of that reason, we should have left a note to have it disposed of. It was kind of a cranberry color and had a disgusting smell to it because of something on the bottom of the pan. This property overlooked the front parking lot which did not deter us from having morning coffee on the patio but could have had a much nicer table than the plastic table that was there. The chairs were fine and comfortable but a classier table would have been a huge improvement and the patio flooring needed to be replaced, part of it was missing. Green mold was also present on the outside walls. Any negative comments are only made for room for improvement and would not deter us from choosing this property again! We could tell how much the owner had cared to keep the property up to date and enjoyed all of the improvements! We will highly recommend Ocean One to our friends and family. The staff was there in minutes when we had a problem with our door lock and that speaks volumes for them in our views!

Loved the location. Pool was very close to the unit and it was a very short walk to beach. Ocean One grounds, pool and BBQ area were very nice.

Ocean One The best place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean one is an awesome condo to stay when you're visiting Hilton Head Island. Convenient to the beach, bike trails, shops, & you don't feel like you're in the hustle and bustle of things with this complex because of the location of this complex. We like to sit outside & enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast. We were not able to do so with this condo. The furniture and the patio were covered with dirt from the ground landscaping.. Apparently when it rains all the dirt washes up onto the patio which makes it not usable. The management of Seashore's vacation are wonderful to work with. They handled a bathtub drainage issue in an expeditious manner. Also anytime you call them with a question they graciously and pleasantly reply.

Our annual HHI stay with kids and grandkids in tow!

We've been staying in HHI in October for 15 years. We always bring our adult children and grandchildren plus two of our sisters with us. Family time is out favorite. Seashore Vacations of HHI is our favorite vacation rental company to use. They are professional, friendly, accommodating and they appreciate us as guests. I recommend them every time I get a chance. Ocean One is a great location for us...with grand babies and their paraphernalia, we need one level living plus it's on the beach...beautiful pool and walking distance to Coligny and restaurants. It's a win/win! We love it.
