Why they chose this property

We are the only beach house on our road which provides a level of privacy that allows for room to breath and relax in the fresh salt air of Ketchikan. This is the main passage in and out of Ketchikan for cruise ships. There are also opportunities to view killer and humpback whales, seals and sea lions, and bald eagles living their lives along the inside passage.
