This has been my least favorite Vrbo, the neighbors upstairs were loud all night and kept us up. As soon as we would dose, they would get loud again. There was soft spots in the floor that felt like you was going to fall through it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. The shower doors and shower head needs cleaned. I also think the AC wasn’t working right. (Not in a bad way Bacause I would prefer to be too cold than too hot, but my older mom it was too cold for) no matter how high the ac was on it wouldn’t stop blowing. We froze with the ac on 78 degrees. Which in that temperature I would have smothered in my own house.

Thank you for your feedback, Tara. I’m sorry to hear parts of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. While I always want guests to feel comfortable, some things mentioned, like noise from other travelers in the condo community, are unfortunately outside my control. That said, I’ve never had another guest report this issue, and most find the community peaceful. Regarding cleanliness, I take that very seriously and have since reviewed with my cleaning team to make sure everything, including shower doors and fixtures, is thoroughly addressed. The AC was checked after your stay and confirmed to be in proper working condition, though I understand comfort levels with temperature can vary. Importantly, the flooring throughout the unit has been fully replaced since your stay, so future guests will enjoy an updated and solid surface. I truly value honest feedback because it helps me ensure future guests have the best possible experience.
