Afslappende, moderne, Perfekt til en weekendferie til landet eller et længere ophold, Wi-Fi og kabel forudsat! Vi er 30 miles vest for Fort Worth og 5 miles nord for historiske Weatherford. Huset ligger på 120 hektar og har en større hytte i nærheden. Der er hvælvede lofter overalt, og store overdækkede verandaer på tre sider. Verandaen er det perfekte sted at slappe af og nyde naturen. Der er et soveværelse med en queen size seng og et komplet bad, og et fuldt udstyret køkken. Meget indbydende lille hjem !!

Det nærliggende sommerhus er Listing # 4057517, og vi tilbyder rabat ved leje af begge hytter.

Vi byder på udvidede ophold og er tilgængelige på stedet efter anmodning for at sikre din komfort. Hvis du har spørgsmål, bedes du ringe til Juretta på (817) 360-6746.

Quiet retreat

I came here for a four day personal study and prayer retreat and found the property to be perfect for my needs. The cottage was small but had everything I needed, and the wrap around porch gave me the ability to read and enjoy the beauty of the property outside. Highly recommended!

Cottage is adorable! The pictures don't do it justice. Such thought was out into getting all amenities in a smaller space, but doesn't feel small. Perfect for a couple or a single person. The owners are super nice as well! Thanks for a great stay!!

Roaches, Flying Roaches

I booked this TINY cottage to celebrate my 18th wedding anniversary with my husband. Our anniversary weekend was ruined! We left the cottage after just three hours due to the roaches inside and outside the unit. I notified the owner and even sent pictures to get a refund and she simply stopped responding. The final straw during our stay was when roaches crawled on my husband while in the hot tub. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. I've never had an experience like this. I definitely was not going to stay to see how many roaches would crawl in the bed with us.

I’m so sorry for guests who come with an agenda! It is so obvious that this lady planned all of this situation, they spent enough time in the hottub that the water level was down over three inches. They left the cover off the outside TV and two large sacks of trash from the party they had . They left two bottles of wine in the freezer to freeze and burst, they left the AC set on 65 degrees and all the lights on. She did not try to call , waited for over a week to demand a refund. Her claim is totally a Joke , this was a scam or a hook up ! Any normal person can look at the reviews and make an educated decision on what Truth really is, thanks.

Cute, modern cabin getaway.

The cabin was as nice as it looked online and the setting was better then we had hoped for. Clean, peaceful, well stocked, small but very cozy. A wrap around deck and clean hottub was a great place to hear nature all around, birds, cattle and even a donkey. Enjoyed the huge fleamarket close by in Weatherford. Lovely Getaway!

Me and my partner had a lovely time in the Peach Hut. It was clean and well taken care of inside. The hot tub was hot for us when we got there and communication was great through the app with the property owner. We were there for a weekend to attend a wedding and the area was great! Would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Peaceful retreat

I arrived with my dog and we both enjoyed the peaceful, quiet setting. We had neighbors at one point, but there was enough separation that it was not noticeable.

Wonderful place but a little confusion with the private pool

There is no pool in the backyard. I thought the communal pool was referring to the pool on her backyard that you share with her, and the private pool was the one in the backyard. However, the pool in the back is broken. Otherwise, the place was quaint, clean and cozy. The hot tub was nice and warmed up for when we got there and smelled of chlorine, so we know it was cleaned. At first, it feels a little cramped when you go and try to put your suitcase or clothes anywhere (there is a nice bar with hangers, but that isn’t big enough for two people). She was always very caring and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The place was thoroughly clean and smelled nice. Extremely easy and laid back check-in process. Lastly, the location was nice and private with beautiful fireflies and plenty of space for our dog to run around and explore.

I had taken the Redneck pool off of my listing several weeks before this client booked. However there was another place in the listing that I had overlooked. I’m really sorry for this inconvenience but I have a beautiful very large pool available for anyone that wants to use it! These guest brought a dog that they did not get preapproval for, that was a Red flag in itself! Then they proceeded to try to hide the dog from me. These young guests had their Father book for them because they were under aged. I had given permission for that but in hindsight it was a mistake, they were not very respectful or responsible young people. They wandered over on my neighbors property in the middle of the night and frightened their young daughter and then denied it was them. They used bedding to wrap their dog in, it’s full of burrs and soiled. On their last night after four days they texted wanting compensation for the pool situation, interesting. They used something that left the hottub in an awful mess for me to cleanup. I was generous in giving them Three Stars but I will not rent to them again, Thanks.

Perfect quiet getaway

We came here on short notice and loved everything about it. The property owner was very accommodating and very easy to work with. It’s a perfect place for a couple to get away for a while and relax.

Disappointed

The main reason we chose this cottage was because of the hot tub that was advertised, and of course to escape the big city . Unfortunately for us, it was a cold tub.. Upon addressing this situation several times, the owner wasn’t concerned about accommodating us. There was a total lack of hospitality . Thank God for Lake Mineral Wells nearby, making it worth the stay .

So sorry for any inconvenience to this very nice couple from Dallas. The hot tub was very new and regrettably Wayfair failed to deliver the cover for the tub when it was delivered just a few days before this couple arrived. I’m sorry they thought I didn’t care that the water would only heat to 90 degrees without the cover.I really had no control over the circumstances. I offered the use of an even larger, nicer hot tub just next door but they refused. My place is very clean with everything anyone would need for a wonderful adventure in the country. I did offer to refund one night if they wanted, but for some reason they elected to stay and enjoy !

A little slice of heaven at the Peach Hut!

THRILLED that we found this this JEWEL just a little over an hour from Dallas. This adorable cottage with a beautiful countryside setting, far exceeded our expectations! Quiet, secluded, very clean with exceptional hospitality. Our cottage was stylishly decorated, immaculate with all the comforts of home and more. We enjoyed cocktails on the welcoming porch complete with rocking chairs and even took a dip in the cute above ground pool before we had a BBQ (grill provided). ”Superhosts” Juretta and John, are just that…..every attention detail has been thought out to ensure guests are comfortable and well cared for. Meeting John and Juretta and spending time with them was the highlight of our trip – such kind and gracious people. Friends for life. We will come back to the Peach Hut again and again.

This house was comfortable and clean, with most of the amenities from home you could want. There was little room to unpack; for a longer stay like mine I would have liked a small drawer set. Juretta is a lovely hostess and helpful in every way.

Very inviting small cottage

We were looking for a quiet get-away. This was perfect. It's not for more than 2 people. Could also be great if 1 person needed a study place. Kudos to the owners for the lighting in this place! It really detracts when I feel the lighting is too dim at night. Not this place! Great lighting! Beautiful fixtures. The decor is very well done. It is small but that is clear in the description. Great porch!

Cozy, quiet cottage perfect for a tranquil get-a-way

Had such a great time in this beautifully-furnished cottage. Everything was provided and the hosts were so sweet and accommodating. Spent a day at Mineral Wells State Park. Highly recommended!! Would love to come back.

What a gem!

Stayed for only two nights. Wished we could have stayed longer. So peaceful and quiet. Immaculate and beautifully decorated, but comfortable. If you enjoy the countryside, it’s worth the few extra minutes to leave the city. Wonderful host. We want to come back.

My husband and I purchased our 120 acre farm in 1968. We love the land and spending time with our family and friends. In the early 1980's, we planted over 500 peach trees on the back acreage of our land. We sold our peaches at the Weatherford Farmer's Market and were one of many producers that sold and showed peaches at the 1st Annual Parker County Peach Festival. We have 4 daughters, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. We look forward to making many new friends and memories through The Peach Hut!
