It's 1 minute walking distance to the U of Chicago campus and 8 minutes walking to Rockefeller Memorial Chapel, 0.6 miles to Presidential Center. The neighborhood and street are very safe. The regular patrols by campus police & security guards is 24hrs. We have hosted physicians, faculties, alumni, and others for a temporary stay.

This was a great property for what we needed. Was able to walk to a couple of the places we had planned on going to. Nice neighborhood. Great host! Jim was very easy to communicate with.

The queen beds were comfortable and the parking was easy. It was nice that there were so many bathrooms, so no one ever had to wait. There was no bedding for the futons/couch, we found a thin blanket to use as a sheet and we happened to bring a blanket with us, so we made do. In the common areas there isn't much comfortable seating. Someone was sleeping on the couch, so that only left the table with chairs upstairs. Be aware that when the people on the floor above walk around it is very loud. So bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. It is easily walkable to the Obama Presidential Library, which is a must see!

It was a nice clean space for a larger group with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry in unit. Could not always get parking near the unit. Could use some chairs on the porch to sit outside. Would stay there again
