Spacious Lakeside Lights home, serene neighbor in American Fork near the Trax.
Luxury living at its best in this newly furnished home. Despite being just a mile from the freeway & the train station, this lakeside community is surprisingly serene. With 20 ft vaulted living room, & 9 ft ceilings on each level, this feels as much like lounging in a lodge as it does sleeping in a home. 4 BR and office/BR with a Murphy bed provides 9 separate beds: 4 twins, 3 Queens, and 2 Kings. What's on the ceiling? A motorized drop down tv allowing for customized supine viewing.
The kids will love the arcade room or enter through a pint size door to a playroom hideout. Better yet, let them take the charged up electric Jeep for a spin from the garage.
Grab your suit and either head to the hot tub or out to the HOA pool nearby (don't forget the key fob). Borrow our pickle ball paddles or basketball and stroll over to the courts.
The community has a great vibe surrounded by the type of people who spend more time outside around neighbors than stuck indoors.
For family time together we highly recommend Top golf less than 10 minutes away. For indoor fun head to the Grid to race cars, or the Lehi recreation center for an indoor water park.

I am from Idaho Falls Idaho. I was born and raised by good ole Idahoan standards. I am not your typical nature girl though! I love traveling and I have high standards when it comes to the things I like....I think you can blame my husband and my Dad for introducing me to a quality life! I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and extended family. I don't care what we do as long as we have each other. I also like reading a good book and snuggling up under my electric blanket!

We chose this neighborhood because it chose us first! it financially worked out and we also really loved the lake and mountain views. We also loved the close proximity to the Trax and also to I-15. The commute to Provo and to SLC was very nice!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our property is unique because it has really great indoor and outdoor space to host a lot of people. We also have a lot of upgraded areas throughout the entirety of the home. We have an adorable customized playhouse on the main for little kids. The home also has a sauna and hot tub. We also have access to an HOA pool, kids playground park with pavilion, basketball courts, and pickle ball courts. You are only a few blocks away from the beautiful Utah Lake. You are walking distance from the Trax stations as well, but you would never know it, because it is always serene where the house is located.
