Bedrooms are where luxurious comforts can genuinely be felt and enjoyed. Large queen beds with plush mattresses will provide you with the best sleeping experience. The upper floor features three bedrooms, while another two can be found on the ground floor.

Each floor has full bathrooms where you can unwind and have a warm shower/bath after an exciting day of sightseeing. There is another half-bath on each floor for maximum convenience. The green bedroom has a private full bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels, so you don't have to worry about overpacking your own.

Parking
Parking is accessible in the driveway and can accommodate 4+ cars with an additional 2 in the covered garage. Please note, the driveway is quite steep.

Our property has been outfitted with the following safety features for our guests:

• Minut noise and smoke detectors
• Centrally located carbon monoxide detectors throughout the house

House Rules
We are located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood with strict quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Absolutely no loud parties – noise complaints from neighbors will be grounds for canceling your reservation without refund.

This is an indoor smoke-free property.
No smoking inside of the property. Smoking Fee: $1000
With the exception of birthday cake candles we do not allow candles inside of the property.

Pool is open year round.
Pool Heating is $125/day and must be requested for the duration of your stay.
Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm (please respect our neighbors quiet time)
**No Life Guard On Duty**
All children must have an adult present to use pool. Flotation devices are only allowed for use inside of the pool.

We do allow pets and do charge $150 per pet with a maximum of (2) allowed.
