Private Pensacola Cottage for a Relaxing New Year
We are 7 minutes from the sugary white sands & turquoise water of Sander's Beach. This tranquil, 1946, pet-friendly cottage is 100% smoke free. Tasteful, festive decorations provided. Enjoy our seasonal, complimentary hot cocoa bar. IF BRINGING A PET, there is a $50.00 FLAT FEE (included for up to 3 pets) also we have no breed or weight restrictions when it comes to pups (other than them being well behaved); but guests have to let us know so the proper amenities will be ready. Our cottage has 3-bedrooms, 1-bathroom and is perfect for your escape to Pensacola. If you like to "unplug" we have a reading nook with a variety of books. We also have a comfy sleeper chair. Soft blankets for movie nights are provided.Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed with a removable, fitted, soft mattress topper to adjust the softness of the beds & we have a white noise machine in each bedroom fully charged for your convenience (not that it's needed, neighborhood is very quiet but a special treat for our guests). Therefore ensuring a terrific night's sleep for all guests. The bathroom boasts a relaxing jetted bathtub with complimentary bubble bath which adds an excellent touch to your stay & for a much needed "you" time. With amenities like high speed Internet, board games, heating, AC, and WiFi, & Netflix your comfort is guaranteed. 50 inch TV in living room and 40 inch Roku TV in master bedroom. Beautiful fully fenced backyard and converted shed/game room with ping pong, foosball, and corn hole for hours of fun. A dogcover for the sofa will be provided so ur pup can enjoy the sofa too, please don't remove it as respect for the next guest who may be allergic to pet hairs. Outdoor/indoor dog beds, dog bowls, dog toys, crates will be provided for those who stay with their pups. We have a high chair,pack n play & baby proof our electric oulets & cabinets when infants or toddlers are staying. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, ice cooler, beach balls & toys are provided. Honeymooners, families, business travelers, pet parents, this cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to unwind & pamper themselves. This cottage is centrally located: just minutes away from front gate at NAS, 10 min from downtown, and 15-20 from Pensacola Beach. Rideshares like Uber & Lyft are available.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I wanted to get away from the busy city life, we decided to make beautiful Pensacola our home. Our neighborhood is quiet, we are walking distance from a supermarket, 7 minutes from Sander's Beach (great for fishing) & 3 minutes away from a great seafood restaurant, 10 minutes from downtown & depending on traffic 15 to 20 minutes away from Pensacola Beach. Pensacola is very dog friendly, dogs are accepted almost everwhere, including many beaches. Cool places to hang out everywhere: Blue Wahoo Stadium, Goofy Golf (visit one of the oldest golf courses in the country with great prices & they have a 20 foot tall T-Rex); a must see for kids, Roger Scott Dog Park (nice park with small & large pups areas), National Aviation Museum-3.3 miles from our cottage, we also have great eateries like MiSu street food (delicious truck food), the Garden at Palafox+Main, Scenic 90 Cafe, Joe Patty's Seafood, the Fishouse, Shrimp Basket, Bubba's Sweet Spot (4 mi. away & great sweets), & all are dog friendly.

Family friendly,bright, airy,peaceful, on a quiet street, cottage restored to former glory with modern appliances & amenities. 10 min from downtown, 7min from Sander's Beach. Big fenced yard, beautiful covered front porch and spacious back deck with solar string lights, luscious plants & a grill. Outdoor dining table great for al fresco dining. We have a game room with foosball, ping pong table, corn hole set & much more. We also have beach gear available (beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler on wheels, beach toys, a picnic basket etc...). Ultimately, we are trying to create lasting memories for our guests & their pups.
