Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you are checking out on Monday or Friday, kindly roll dark brown trash can to the street the night before you leave. If there on a Wednesday, roll tan recycling can to the street. Thank you!
Lower the umbrella on deck when not in use. With the home elevation, the winds can be stronger, especially during storms. Turn lights off and/or close windows
If applicable, clean up after dog.

Wonderful property! Perfect host!

I stayed at the property for a weekend trip with my wife and two young boys (2 and 4). This house was the perfect size for our family and was very clean & well maintained. There is a good amount of outdoor space at the property and the beach is like 2 houses away so very convenient. Bridgette was also an incredible host - very kind, helpful and responsive.

We needed a place to stay in the Bayville area while visiting family and Bridget’s house worked out perfectly. First of all, Bridget was one of the best hosts we’ve ever worked with. Super accommodating! The house was spotless and was in a great location with a water view, and was a 5 minute drive from the market and a couple of good restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

For 4 adult men the house worked out well. We aren’t picky and just need a place to stay while we are working in the area. It was pet friendly and had enough space and everything was close by. The host responded quickly and got the house ready for us on last minute. No complaints .

We had a wonderful time! The house was cute, clean, and dog-friendly. Every amenity we could possibly need was already very thoughtfully included on the premises (including beach passes and equipment), which made our already very pleasant stay even easier and smoother. The host, Bridgett, is incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and any time we had any questions, she was extremely prompt in answering them for us. The whole experience was lovely.
