1. I informed the host that we would be arriving late at night around 11:30 p.m. When we arrived at the apartment we could not get into the apartment because we were given the wrong code. The host could not be reached at the time. 2. The apartment advertised that there was a washer and dryer. It did not have them and we were relying on being able to use them. 3. There were 4 of us staying at the apartment for 4 nights. We were provided only 4 towels. 4 towels for 4 people to last 4 nights without a washer and dryer was hard to take. The host had someone drop off towels that were left outside. They were new towels right off the shelf. They had not been washed. They still had the tags on them. We could not use those towels.4. My wife rolled over in the bed and felt something scratch her. I could feel the object. We unzipped the plastic bag covering the bed. The mattress was not clean. The plastic cover bag was more to protect us from the bed rather than the other way around. The object was a large staple. I took a picture and showed it to the host. She said it was a twist tie probably left by the cleaners. What was it doing inside the plastic covering bag?5. On our third night there were gunshots outside of our apartment. I called 911 and reported it. That was the last straw. Even though we were able to stay one more night we decided it was time to go home.6. We were asked to wash the dishes. The dishwasher leaked.

Thank you for the feedback. If checked on other stay sites such as VRBO and BandB, I've have zero negative complaints being said about this property and I am a super host with great reviews. This reservation is definitely different for me with all the issues and I again apologize for it and did immediately give a 15% refund before your reservation ended that was not mentioned in your review. 11pm was the told time and unfortunately by 11:30pm my phone went into silent mode and I was I'll asleep. The towels were brand new because they were delivered from a store. The cleaner wasnt available to bring more towels so I purchased new ones for you and had them delivered immediately. I offered to bring the washer & dryer which you didnt need to be present for the installation in the garage but rest assure there is now a washer and dryer present & again apologies for that being stated too early in advance on the listing. Also a maintenance tech found the leak was due to putting dishwashing liquid in the dishwasher. The dishwasher was ran 3 times and there was no leak.
