This tastefully decorated tower ocean view studio features a spectacular view of the beach and the Grand Strand coastline. This beautiful and well equipped condo was just completely renovated in 2025. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with tile floors. The living room area features a sleeper sofa, vinyl plank flooring, and a flat screen tv that streams DirectTV. This unique studio actually features a closed off bedroom area with a queen size bed, vinyl plank flooring, flat screen tv, and a gorgeous view of the sunrise right from the bed! You will also find a set of youth bunks, a sleeper sofa, full bath, hard floors throughout, and a private balcony.

While staying at the Renaissance Tower, feel free to enjoy the outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, laundry mat, and picnic and grilling areas. While staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort you will also have full access to all other onsite amenities which includes 5 more pools as well as the lazy river water park, 4 more whirlpools, 2 more fitness centers, tennis, pickle ball, volley ball, basketball, bocce ball, playground, picnic and grilling areas throughout, outdoor games such as Jenga, chess, and checkers, and corn hole. Don't forget to check out The Quarterdeck Beachfront Bar & Grill for live entertainment, ice-cold beverages and great food!
