We loved our stay at the cozy lake retreat. It was a perfect weekend get away. The house was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Marla was quick to answer any questions we had and was very accomodating. My husband grew up on this lake it was so nice to come back and have him remember all those memories and share them with me. Walking distance to the lake and a great bar/restaurant. We cannot wait to come back and hope to make it a yearly visit and meet up with his Indiana family there. Would love to stay at Maria's house again!!

The entire house had a musty smell. If the windows were kept open it was fine. But as soon as you closed them, the smell was back. It annoyed my husband more than me.

The place was in a great location and was clean . The owner was great in responding to any of my questions. The only thing I would recommend is putting some mirrors in the bedrooms. There is only one bathroom with a mirror . It made it hard to get ready for a wedding we were all attending. Thank you for a great stay . I would go back .
