The house was very spacious and worked perfectly for our scrapbooking retreat. The large gathering area easily fit eight 6-foot tables, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. A little more attention to routine maintenance and cleaning before guests arrive would make this an excellent rental.

Wonderful to hear the home's space worked so well for your retreat; eight tables with room to spare is exactly the kind of gathering this house is meant for. We appreciate the honest note on upkeep, and a refreshed housekeeping approach for this home is already in motion. We'd love to welcome your group back for the next one.

This is a great house and we enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days waking at the amusement parks. The grill came in handy for a home cooked meal one night. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at this house , everything was amazing the pool the hot tub , the house has everything that you need to cook . The only thing that wasn’t good was in terms of the cleaning i stayed in the room downstairs and the bathroom wasn’t clean and also the sheets were not washed it had a lot of hair .and some of the bathrooms upstairs weren’t that cleaned . The house is beautiful but in terms of cleaning they really need good staff to clean better .

We're glad you had a great time overall and that the pool, hot tub, and well-stocked kitchen added so much to your stay. That said, the cleanliness issues you described in the bedroom and bathrooms fall well short of our standards, and we're sorry you experienced that. We've shared your feedback directly with our operations team so the cleaning process for this home can be reviewed and corrected. Thank you for letting us know, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide the experience this beautiful home should deliver.

The property was not as advertised and fell below our expectations. The downstairs bedroom had mold or what appeared to be mold on the ceiling. We also encountered several bugs, including a cockroach, during our stay. The comforters had visible stains and there were no extra linens provided. The overall cleanliness of the home was poor. The walls were in need of fresh paint. The outdoor trash receptacle already had trash in it when we arrived. The refrigerator did not keep food adequately cold. This was not a pleasant experience. I would not stay in this property again or recommend it to anyone else.

We're sorry this stay fell short of your expectations. Our team responded during your visit, including repairing the refrigerator while you were in the home, and since your stay the home has received a full detailed clean, fresh linens and bedding, and attention to the interior finishes. The remaining concerns you raised have been thoroughly inspected and are receiving ongoing routine care, and the listing is being reviewed against your feedback as well. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

We had a great family vacation being able to all stay in one spot. The home is very spacious with everything you need, except a pizza pan or baking sheet. Just an fyi.I love the daily trash service. It made it very convenient to keep the home clean during our stay. There was a red solo cup by the pool, the kitchen counter top was sticky, the couch had questionable stains, a wash cloth lying on the dining room floor, and towels on the floor in one of the upstairs bathrooms. We had a stroller delivered and that picture showed mop buckets at 3:30ish, so the cleaning crew was cutting it close to our 4:00pm check in. I could tell the cleaning was hurried due to previously mentioned things. I stayed in the primary suite downstairs. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. One of the beds upstairs fell apart when my son in law sat down to unpack his suitcase. We let customer service know and maintainence came by, when we were out, to fix it.The pool table was a hit with my grandson's. It kept them busy while we were in the home. The pool was great for the littles. The guards were nice and professional and the property felt safe. Check in at the gate was fast and courteous.Customer service was great from all aspects. All in all the 11 of us had a great time! Thank you!Leslie

Getting all eleven of you under one roof for a family vacation is a win, Leslie, and we're glad the space had what you needed to make that work. It sounds like the pool table kept your grandsons happily occupied and that the pool was just right for the little ones, and we're glad the property felt safe and that the gate check-in went smoothly. Thank you for the kind words about customer service, and for your patience when maintenance came out during your stay. We're sorry the home was not as clean as it should have been on arrival, and all of your notes on that have been passed to our team so they can be properly addressed. We would love to welcome you back.
