The listing accurately reflects the property through its photos, amenities, and description. Our check-in instructions, including details about the private rear entrance and staircase, are sent three days before arrival. We also encourage guests to ask any questions before booking or traveling. Had we been made aware of your foot condition, we would have gladly provided additional details about the stairs so you could determine whether the property was suitable for your needs. Other guests have communicated mobility concerns in advance, allowing us to guide them appropriately. Regarding the amenities, the listing photos clearly show that the bedrooms do not contain televisions and that the television is located in the main living area. Additional clean towels were also available in the bathroom cabinet throughout your stay. We understand that every guest has different preferences regarding towels, and if additional towels had been needed, all you had to do was ask - we would have been more than happy to provide them. Street parking is available throughout the surrounding residential neighborhood and is considerably more accessible and safe than parking in New York City's five boroughs. Our listing also clearly states that the driveway is not available for guest parking, allowing guests to make an informed decision before booking. Parking has never been advertised as assigned, reserved, or guaranteed directly in front of the property. The unit also has its own separate entrance, providing guests with independent access and privacy. Our quiet hours are standard courtesy guidelines intended to preserve a comfortable environment for both guests and nearby residents in a quiet residential neighborhood. We strive to provide a welcoming, guest-first experience, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy, allowing guests to reconsider their reservation if they feel the property may not be the right fit before their stay. We also chose not to raise concerns regarding two towels that were permanently damaged by makeup or tanning products during the stay, as we understand that accidental damage can occasionally occur and believe that extending grace is part of being a good host.
