Our cottage is at north end of Rockport We are close to Copano Bridge, Goose Island, public boat ramp, Fulton and N. Fulton Beach Road --a great place for a walk. Our neighborhood Rockport Cottage Company North population consists of short-term rentals and Winter Texans, sprinkled with a few year-round residents. The driveway into the community is lined with mature oak trees and the swimming pool on the right . Please be careful when exiting the neighborhood--you feed out right onto Highway 35 and the speed limit is 55 mph until you get closer to the airport, where it drops to 45 mph.
Guests have full private access to the entire home 🏡 — including the front porch, driveway parking 🚗, and all indoor amenities.
You'll also enjoy access to the community pool 🏊♀️ located just steps from your front porch — a true highlight for cooling off after a day at the beach or exploring Rockport.
