We certainly can’t think of one, and that life can be yours and more when you book a stay at Hunky Dory II, a bright and charming 2-story, 3-bedroom home in the desirable Margaritaville Resort.



The Space:

This family-friendly resort is packed with amenities that adults and kids alike will love. Plus, you’ll be in a prime location to take advantage of the area’s top attractions, such as Sunset Walk within walking distance from the home and all major theme parks within 5-10 miles. When you’re not out park hopping or exploring the sights, the home’s patio complete with a private pool serves as your own personal oasis, surrounded by lush native foliage.



Cool off indoors in the blissful air conditioning amongst comfortable furnishings and décor, paired with soothing neutral tones accented with bright pops of color to bring the sunshine inside. The main floor living area will be a center for entertainment with comfortable sofa seating, smart TV, and access to the patio. Turn on your favorite Disney movie and let the songs flow through the home courtesy of the open floor plan keeping everyone well-connected. The kitchen and dining room are ready to host all of your meals with counter and table seating for 8. Stainless steel appliances are paired with creamy stone countertops and bright white cabinets, appealing to even the most reluctant of cooks. Keurig and drip coffee makers can also be found here along with, you guessed it, your very own margarita blender! Spiked for adults or a virgin version for kids, you can let your flavor imagination run wild and serve up icy treats any time of day.



On the second level, in addition to bedrooms, you will find a second cozy living space with its own sofa and smart TV, perfect for a private movie night for the kids. Two separate balconies provide spaces for quiet reflection and taking in the view or gazing at the stars at the end of another perfect day in Kissimmee.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. All bedrooms are inclusive of a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and either a walk-in shower or shower/tub combo. The home also includes a half bath on the main level.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Parking is available in the lot for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first serve. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.

- This is a private home and as such does not have access to the Fins Up Club nor the fitness center that is on the Margaritaville grounds.

- Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.



- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.



Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, a video arcade, live music, a farmers market, a spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
