The property offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, filtered water and ice station, and a brand-new fitness room.

Soak up the sunshine while enjoying the blue skies, gentle waves, and pristine white sand beaches, known for some of the best shelling in the country. Or unwind in the peace and comfort of Sanibel Island's only screened-in heated outdoor resort pool. Great Unit, Beautiful Complex, Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay!! The unit was cute and most importantly clean and updated. The location was perfect as we were right by the pool and didn't mind the few extra steps to get to the beach. I did have some issues that I needed to address during my stay. The biggest inconvenience being the washer in the unit. It seems the computer board has an issue where it senses that the drum hasn't fully drained and it just stays stuck in that mode. Drum empty but you cannot override the system to set another load. The first time it happened was at night and I just had to cut the breaker until they came to look at it in the morning. Unfortunately, without replacing that part there was nothing much they could do but wait until it reset itself. My work around was id try to set the washer first thing in the morning to give it all day to work through its issues. The other issue u had is the catch on the rear screen door broke and locked me out. Thankfully I had the key to the front door, and I was able to get in. Even with these issues, I will give props to Lloyd who is the on-site "handyman." He was fantastic!!! So nice and helpful!!!My only other suggestion to the unit owner would be to upgrade the pots, pans, knife block, and cooking utensils. The knives in block have some rust and are dull. The pans and "budget" items are very scratched. It was disappointing being that everything else in the unit was so nice. Overall, I would still rent there again. I'd just come more prepared.
