This unit is a sensational condo at Sundial East . Charmingly remodeled with beach decor, this 2 bedroom plus a den that closes off as a third bedroom for privacy. The main level has over 1,500 sqf of living area so one does not feel cramped as in most smaller units. A bunk bed, a favorite for children, in the second bedroom has two twin beds and one full bed.A large Linea with wonderful gulf views. Unit is handicap equipped and assessable. A spiral staircase leads down to your own private cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach. Newly remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless appliances and fully equipped with nearly everything you need to prepare gourmet meals at home. The newly renovated bathrooms have granite countertops and tiled floors. Equipped with drapes and plantation shutters throughout for privacy. New flat screen TVs in every room. New tile floors in the living are and kitchen plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Large Master bedroom with a picturesque view of the courtyard pond and gardens. This unit also has a Pak'n'play for the infant you may bring and a table top high chair. Unlimited long distance calling to continental USA and Canada!

I also have multiple contractors in the area to assist you with any issues you may have with my condo during your stay. You can read my reviews and you will see my guests are exceptionally pleased with my condo and the personal and professional service I offer. I recently moved to Reno, NV and I have a business (LGI/Laser Graphics, Inc.) in Minneapolis I started 25 years ago.

Please note: From December 20 to April 20, Rentals are from Saturday until Saturday. From January 10 to February 1, a guest can stay less than seven days and four or more but needs to be between Saturday to Saturday

Why Peter chose Sanibel

I was looking for a place to spend away from the Minnesota winters. I am not comfortable with high rise developments and this building has only four levels with apartments on three of them and parking on the first level. I also wanted a place with an elevator, below building parking and easy access to the beach and pool area. This condo has been furnished to make my personal stays on Sanibel more enjoyable.

What makes this condo unique

A spiral staircase inside my Linea leads to the first level and to my private screened in cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach.

Girls' Weekend

What a fantastic condo on the beautiful white sands beach of Sanibel! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, to be together or to have privacy. TVs abound, kitchen fully stocked, sunrises on cue from the large screened in deck. Best location on the east side of the island - close to most all restaurants, shops and rentals. Try the segways from Billy's Rentals - great 90 minute tour. Walk on the beach to the Sundial tiki bar or restaurant while shelling!

Exellent location, layout, amenities, and comfort

Extremely clean, organized, and comfortable. This is the best overall vacation condo that I have rented in my life. The unit is way larger than advertised. Wish I had stayed a month longer.

Wonderful Property

Our family spent 7 nights at this location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were ample beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, and that sort of thing for trips to the beach or pool. The kitchen was also stocked with many staples and some cookware, so eating in was an easy option. The unit is clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Just as beautiful as pictured.

We have been to Sanibel many times, and stayed in various condos at the Sundial.. This unit was by far the most comfortable and tastefully decorated of all. It is spacious and affords complete privacy and personal space when needed. The proximity to pool, beach , and a small general store (Bailey's at the Sundial) were all a plus. Working with the owner was a pleasure. He is very quick to respond to all questions and correspondences, and to address any concerns that his guests might have. We would not hesitate to return to this unit, and hope to do so.

First Condo in Florida - Great Experience!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and extremely well stocked. The location was wonderful on Middle Gulf Drive. It has a (seemingly) never-ending beach and great pools for the kids. The complex was adjacent to the Sundial Resort which provided access to Bailey's store and on-site restaurants. Peter (the owner) was great to work with in every way. He was very responsive to every inquiry and gave us some great tips for things to do on the island. Would definitely return here in the future!

Lifetime of Memories!!

We had such an amazing time staying in this condo! The owner was MORE than accommodating. We have stayed on Sanibel numerous times, but this unit is truly unique with the private exit to the lower level through the screened area. The condo was very well equipped with more than just the essential amenities. There is a tremendous amount of items including chairs to use at the beach/pool, the kitchen is very well stocked, the appliances are all in great working condition and the layout provided plenty of space. With a family of 4 there was plenty of room to move around and not be in each others way. Will definitely rent again!!
