House was great accommodated our entire family with kids and our dog! house was clean and well stocked for a complete beach trip including beach stuff! Sal is great as a host!Only couple of slight issues which he rectified quickly hope to come back next year!!

The host was available through the check in process. The home fit our needs to be accessible to a pool, grocery shopping, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor shower and the supplies that were available inside the home. The one side of the home's outdoor lawn space was utilized for our dog. We also took advantage of the furniture and other yard space to play lawn games since the nights were cool. Because there was only one TV in the home we spent more time together playing games and watching things on the TV together.

Accommodations were fantastic.

House was nearly perfect. Salvatore is a great host and very receptive to my requests and recommendations. My entire family enjoyed the stay. My great nephew and i enjoyed the outdoor shower. I do wish there was a deck or screened in outdoor space. You may not find a better place in Bethany Beach.

Beautiful beach home

My family of 10 people ranging in age from 12 to 71 years enjoyed this home so much. It was fully stocked, sheets and towels provided, kitchen amenities and family games. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool in the community was another bonus. It is super close to all the Bethany attractions and we will definitely be renting here again. The owner has excellent communication and is super responsive.
