This place is central to various locations in DTLA. It was clean, private and quiet. Parking was easy and convenient. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I would 100% recommend, and stay again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The check in process was very easy, the apartment block felt safe and the location was very central to access all LA has to offer. The owner was very friendly and always replied quickly to any query we had.

This place was perfect! The host was very responsive and helpful. The place is just as pictured and well taken care of. The security was good which was important for us being in DTLA. We plan to stay here again the next time we are in town. I had the worse time finding a hospitable person for rentals in DTLA. Try this place… trust me on it, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful place super clean came with 2 rooms so it was super convenient for me and my sister we had our own rooms and our own bathrooms and it made our California experience great! Also the host gave us fun places to go to and eat for our stay, great communication we had access to the pool and hot tub I would definitely stay here again with a friend or family member again in the future!

Cute apartment just minutes from downtown LA. The private parking was convenient, and the unit was exactly as described. I loved that my 20-year-old daughter and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We weren’t at the apartment much, really just to sleep, so it was exactly what we needed. Quiet location, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire apartment was spot on perfect and made my experience very pleasant, the stay went above my expectations as the place was even better than the photos. the courtesy of the host did not go unnoticed. we really enjoyed our stay to say the less and conveniently located to go to our destinations in LA.

David runs a very tight ship and you will not be disappointed. The ease of check-in, David’s excellent communication, a guest spot for checking in, the 24 hour front desk, Security, and dedicated underground garage parking space for your car were fantastic! Thoughtful little touches like toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer… Even a makeup, removing towelette are provided…All kitchen stuff too were very nice touches… I would recommend maybe just one box of laundry detergent? That would be a very nice touch.The downtown location is very convenient as others have mentioned. You are right in the middle of everything and 30 minutes from every major place in LA to visit.We had some very minor issues: the Internet was not working and the kitchen sink was clogged when we tried to use it. David instantly communicated and took care of these issues while we were gone during the day…so top-notch for that. But stuff you don’t wanna have to deal with, and if it can all be good before that would be better. It also appeared the toilet paper holder in the smaller bathroom had fallen off the wall and was not replaced… some of the window blinds are missing so once the sun comes up, your room is going to be daylight. Not a big deal but little things like that would make a big difference.Either way you won’t be disappointed or do better at this price point and I thank David again for a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was located in a quiet neighborhood. We felt generally safe. Everything was just a short drive away. It is a great location for anyone looking to explore K-town or attending a show at BMO. Instructions were super clear and it was easy to get around the building. David was always quick to reply. Definitely recommend.
