We really enjoyed this house. Morning coffee on the rooftop was almost as enjoyable as seeing the lights of the city from it at night. Alberto was also very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. Muchas gracias!

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space, and it is conveniently located near all kinds of shops and amenities. We really enjoyed the house and its location. However, my main complaint is regarding the cleanliness. There was noticeable dust in most the rooms, and the half bathroom had cobwebs, which made us feel that the house hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We were also disappointed with the number of towels provided. We rented the house for a full week, but there was only one towel per room for the entire stay. For a week-long rental, we expected enough towels to accommodate the guest comfortably.Overall, the property itself is lovely but the cleaning and luck of sufficient towels took away from the experience. With better attention to cleanliness and adequate linens and towels, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Hola. muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Los tomaremos mucho en cuenta. Nosotros dejamos la casa completamente limpia antes de cada huésped, es posible que entre algo de polvo pero no debería ser algo para tomar en cuenta; revisaremos a fondo esto. Por el tema de las toallas ya estoy revisando qué pasó; de todos modos yo les estuve preguntando si necesitaban algo y nunca me respondieron. Estamos a un par de cuadras de la casa y podemos llevar inmediatamente lo requerido, ojalá me hubieran dicho que necesitaban toallas y lo resolvía al momento. Por el tema de las telarañas, revisaremos más a fondo; en Oaxaca hay muchos insectos y es hasta cierto punto normal que una araña deje telarañas. Espero hayan disfrutado del resto de la casa y de su visita a Oaxaca.

The rooftop terrace added a great addition space for morning coffee and to watch the sunrises! We liked being in a community setting and learning the daily routines of life in Oaxaca. The house is beautifully decorated with art and accessories. The stairs are good exercise. While Alberto is a great host in answering our questions, I would recommend creating a guest guide to inform everyone about shared care, supplies and local stores. Views and listening to the parades and vibrant community was definitely a plus. Thanks!
