The Property Manager Taylan was great. He was always available and responded quickly to any minor issues we had. Being Canadian himself, communication was a breeze.Casa Linda has a free shuttle service available for guests & pick up is at the end of the street. We generally used the shuttle 1 way & took a taxi back as shuttle timing didn’t always aline with our plans. Taxis preferred DR pesos, but accepted USA cash as well. Amazing food at all the restaurants we visited, a lot of waterfront restaurants with amazing views as well. Castaways Restaurant (onsite) was quite good & lots of dinner specials as well. Groceries at Playero Supermercado and Sirena had most things you will need while staying here (both on shuttle route) along with a German Butcher (just ask shuttle driver)We stayed in this unit for a month, so feel we have a good perspective on it.Positives Pool cleaned regularly (was sparkling)All in one washer & dryer Comfortable beds & sofa & chairCovered patio area was great for outdoor dining, even if raining.Area very safe with security visible.Security maintained a peaceful environment with parties & loud music shut down quickly. No loud music at anytime & quiet time after 10pmStarlink Wifi was greatGardens have grown in since pics, so lots of privacy.Negatives:Hard water stains on faucets & counters make it appear dirty.As this is a new area, still lots of construction on site, so lots of dust & noisy heavy trucks driving past.
